With all due the respect if you are a Strung Out fan. I haven't been dissapointed once by any of there albums, it's the words that matter the most to me. There instrumentals have changed a bit over the years but overall they are still great artists, they point out there emotions, the words of the songs make me think.

fact of the matter is music is one definite way of expression in a art form just like a painting, drawing, movie ect... have you ever listened to a song without it? hence why I cut back on rap/hip-hop most of it is all the same crap, "I went from rags to riches" and that's cool whatever... "I got my shine and my riches" in the end it's all materialistic BS, so who cares... But it's a artform I tend to listen to more music with more expression than material crap that anyone can own with the $...

you basically just throw it around... make sure you've got bolts for your strap, and that your guitar doesn't hang to low... it's almost like a hoola hooping motion with your upper body. I play bass, a particularly heavy bass at that, and I've only done it ONCE during a show! Never again.
