You don't teach English using the mother language , you increase L2 speaking time and use the L1 at the minimum amount possible. Vocabulary should be pre -taught before using in a reading lesson. It is a good idea to includea lesson on how to use a dictionary. 50% of learning a language is self-discipline and motivation, the teacher is only a guide with the knowledge to put you on the right road.Thank you.
