  • One of my favorite monty pyhton sketches... AHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAH I. CAN'T. BREATHE. OH FUCK, HAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHA *gasping for air* ARHAHHRAHRARHARHAAHHARHAHAHRAHRARARARH

  • could someone explain the point of this sketch im kinda pissing it im not too british :(

  • @TheMistercrowley Can't be explained. With brittish humor, if you don't laugh the first time, you''l never do it ^^

  • @MenwithHill I love British comedy i watch python blackadder and fawlty towers all day

what i mean is, is there an inside joke to this? something cultural that i dont know about? or it just is

  • @TheMistercrowley The point? The point is that you need no excuses for being silly and for wearing women's clothing while smoking a pipe! :) -- To me the sketches work on different levels but first of all I enjoy them because the Pythons had no limits and have never been afraid of being silly.

  • I think this is my personal favorite bit of python. Chapman just nails it!

  • An MP sketch that I actually understand the point of for once.

I have no problem with sketches being pointless, they are still hilarious.

  • Graham Chapman is the only man alive (or rather dead) who can pull off wearing that pink dress.

  • @xxPatheticEmoxx Eh, I can think of a few who could do it, also!

  • If I was an MP I'd behave like this 24/7. Definitely. And why not?

  • That silly high-pitched whine bit still makes me laugh after watching this about 88 thousand million billion times (:

  • "Well, I would like to answer that question two ways. First in my regular voice, and then in a sort of silly high-pitched whine."

  • In ALL countries were I ve lived so far the way ppl speak in the Media is total and utter bolloxry

its the same wherever youi go! I hate it with a vengeance WXHO do these ppl think they ARE?

  • So brilliant.

  • To me what is amazing about the Pythons is that they were all interchangeable. They all could either play straight man or silly .

  • Notice that he says "creosote". Does that bring back memories, my fellow die-hard Python fans?

  • mr. creosote XD lol gods that part of the movie always made me feel sick but the movie is so funny!

  • I must say, I like the brown liquid's opinion.

  • Oh my god! This was the first episode I ever saw! So halarious! I love it!

  • how the hell did idle manage not to laugh when chapman was whining?

  • because he is eric idle and he is awesome.

  • exactly! i would have been rolling on the floor!!

  • years of practise lol

  • Yep§ its also known that margeret 's Voice coach did such an effective job on her that she became the ONLY woman politician Full Stop (that ever got powerful) and scared all the males shitless....:)

  • I love seeing chapman in drag. He's got such nice legs.... LOL

  • I love the patch of brown liquid.

    xDD

  • "And on my right, putting the case against the government, a small patch of brown liquid!"

    ROFL

    XD

  • HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHAHAHAHA Man Idle got guts an skill to handle not laughin while Graham was whinning

  • that high voice reminds me on my childhood when my grandma used to have small chicks in her back garden every summer

  • Comment removed

  • Who wiped their muddy shoes on that chair?

  • Good evening.

  • I would like to answer this question if I may in two ways: Firstly, in my normal voice, and secondly in a high pitch childish whine...

  • i think this was one of the first python sketches i saw (i think on idle's best of) haha, so funny. =D

  • Lmao, this is too fucking funny. Monty Python owns all.

  • 83 thousand million billion houses....

  • Lol fantastic would've loved to hear the brown liquid making a statement though maybe it would've been in a silly low pitch whine ha ha ha

  • I must've seen this sketch 30 times. And I laugh every single time I hear it. Graham's whine is perfect.

  • grahame chapman looks wonderful, im not even being sarcastic...

  • I know!!!!He looks marvelous, the brown liquid doesn't stand a chance. That high pitched whine is hilarious!!!!

  • I just watched this clip 5 times in a row. I laughed every time.

  • He said "don't I say any more?"

  • what did chapman ask idle at the end? I didn't get it

  • This sketch kinda shows how women always have their fashion and outfits talked about, rather than what important things they're actually trying to say.

Should women have uniform suits like men, or should men have a more wider array of styles to choose from? ??

  • aaaaw, eric idle's sexy ^^ i think he really is. i love his voice! and it looks cute when he smiles while saying: 'so, i think the minister has come to the end of his answer' or whatever he actually says...

  • i wish they had actually shown graham making his argument in the silly high pitched whine!! he (and cleese for sure!!) had such a talent for funny faces!!

  • haha eric says hi to the liquid stuff

  • WOW Graham looks good in that dress! XP

  • it's the pipe that makes it extraspecial... *lol*

  • "i'd like to answer this question in two ways. Firstly, in my normal voice, and then in a kind of silly high-pitched whine." - XD

  • LOL really silly ( I love Eric)

  • Go, Graham, GO!

  • In my recollection, this is the first sketch of the II season...?
