So basically what he is saying is that child is half the adult which is 30/2 and child is 15/2 thats quite smart but what is it for anybody below one ?

It is one rescuer 30:2 and two rescuer is the same for adult but changes for infant and child to 15:2. Because venilations preformed via pocket mask you only producing between 10% and 16% o2 use of a bvm is prefered providing 21% o2 to the patient when an 02 cylinder is not readly available. Remeber CPR is only keeping them biologically, early defibulation is key.
