Skinning should begin by cutting the skin around the fore feet and then just pull it down the whole body and that's it...All the process should take a few minutes..

Bad way to clean it. The skin should have peeled off more easily then that, and yes, I also believe that looked like a domestic rabbit.

He did a terrible job! Obviously has no clue as to the proper way fo skinning a rabbit.
If that rabbit was for human consumption, he shouldhave severed the head so the meat won't discolor.
