  • DD form 4 and wait and wait and wait

  • TITS or GTFO

  • the 2nd Amendment bestow upon the people the right (not privlege)to bear arms any so-called laws that are repugnant to the constitution are null and void. it is unconstitutional to turn a constitutional right into a privlege and charge a tax or licnse fee for it.there are no subsections attached to that right establlished by The Constitution of The United Statew Republic. A well regulated Millitia enforces "TCOUSR".

  • But it is far less than the media and Govt make it seem.

  • While I am very pro gun I doubt there has only been 2 deaths related to illegal full auto ownership since 1924. The 1929 St. Valentines day massacre had 7 deaths alone.

  • @126sbh i immediately thought of this incident as well .. lol

  • Everyone who hasn't gone to go to jail should be able to own an automatic gun.

  • I guess the government worries about gang violence and thats why they make all of these laws but gangsters cant shoot worth a shit anyway.

  • i was wondering do u have to do this for all the automatic guns?

  • @ctrlaltWOOT No, it has to be older than 1986, when they stopped making autos transferable. To get a more modern automatic weapon, or to legally make your own is another matter entirely.

  • Good video and good info. Thanks 855.

  • there realy is no reason for these laws, just cunts

  • The key phrase in the 2nd amendment is "security of a FREE State". Threats to the security of a FREE state can be foreign as well as domestic. The founding fathers knew this and thought the constitution through accordingly. They meant for citizens to own military-style weapons in order to guarantee the existense of a free state, and not just to hunt and target practice.

It just so happens that muskets and blunderbusses were the machine guns of 1776.

  • Back when I was a licensed dealer...not class 3..it was a nightmare to get a class 3 license in Oregon. State county and local approval of sales venue. Secure storage subjecdt to inspecdtion by everyone and their dog. Paperwork up the wazoo. Backgrouned cdhecdks of everyone you were ever even likely to know. It just wasnt worth the hassle. I had two dozen standing orders for M-16's if I ever got the license...or they came up "available". Not me. I dont like striped sunlight .

  • I wish there were more great Americans that actually understood the founding fathers intended us to own military hardware to keep the federal government from:

    1. Enslaving us all (through taxation or other means).

    2. Anything else you can imagine (violation of rights, liberty, etc.)

  • Go brownie big pack!

  • The Constitution of The United States Republic gives the people the right to bear arms. There are no subsections or paragraphs establishing restrictions of the bestowed right. The Constitution of The United Republic is supreme LAW of the LAND (MAUBURY v MADISON) . Also any so-called law that is repugnent to the constitution is not binding iln LAW . The question is , are statutes and codes in reference to the subjecet matter creating the CONTROVERSY constitutional.

  • lol this queer got dressed up in matching camo just for the video Fuckin faggot

  • @playherone

    umad bro?

    YEA UMAD

  • Suppressors are common as dirt in UK, Australia and New Zealand AND they have totally screwed up gun laws. Duh?!

C'mon boys and girls... buy a shitload of select fire weapons and suppressors and make the Asstastic Feds heads explode from sheer frustration and pent up Shitforbrains.

    It'll be FUN !

Maybe they'll squirm their wormy asses out in front of a bus...

    That's a Good Thing.

  • owning a gun is a right not a privalige

  • just more paper work

  • and the license isnt that ahrd to get for them either.

  • i try to tell people all the time THERE IS NO FUCKING LICENSE. JUST PAPEROWRK. finally someone else knows. just the seller has to have a special license

  • It's the BATFE now. Not hard to own a full auto weapon at all. Just do a Living Trust. It has worked for me 5 times now. Just need the cash. Cans are really popular now.

  • They are coming to your house first.

  • This Hughes Amendment BS needs repealed. Contact your congressional representative, especially if they're libertarian or tea party inclined. Maybe we can sneak in a repeal the way they snuck in the amendment.

  • Get a better camera.

  • @ubeenhuntin Oh shit I didnt see this didyou remove your comment or did some one else, cause of the shear fact that you dont know shit about owning any type of NFA and just hink you know cause, "Well my Professor Told me this and so did this ATF special Agent" , and ATF Agent have been notorious for not know shit FYI. DUMBASS have fun with you CRIMINAL JUSTICE degree may be you can go be a cop now

  • I have ruger mark 2. Does anyone know how to convert to full auto?

  • do you have to be in the military to own automatic guns or even a class 3 dealer license?

  • @fnogyrabyore No pretty much if you can own a handgun and your state doesnt restrict it, it cost the price of the MG+$200 for tax registration of said MG+dealer charges. After you send off your paper work it takes anywhere from 3-5 months before you get to take her home. and after that if yours forever, no taxes every year your not subject to search for no reason but if you have the gun in your possession like at a shooting range you have to have your approved paper work with your at all time

  • nice vid, and im glad to hear som1 not reffer to america as nazi germany. its insulting to those who had family there, and those who were there. america is nothing like nazi germany. but it is illegal for me to own these things. im in commifornia (california) but im going to be a cop in about 1 year so i just have to wait til i get my sbr, and suppressor. i prolly wont get a full auto, just because i cant see a time that id need it as a LEO, and im not gunna spend all that $ just to go full auto

  • wait...only 2 people died cause of fully auto weapons since 1924? Course im assuming you only mean in the U.S. inwhich case, the mobster rise never happened, biker rise never happened, the two assclown gangs of california dont exist and a group of rangers didnt totally try to storm a bank. Otherwise, factual video. Should have warned your viewers though as soon as you request or have this paperwork approved your suddenly on a federal watch list. Dont do crazy shit with what you get approved.

  • I live in the state of Utah in the good ol' USA ... There a local store here called smith and Edwards were they sell HAND GRENADES... In my state the gun laws are VERY loose I wish every state was like that still

  • @spritrocks what permits do you need to own a fully auto weapon/explosives in Utah? I know shotgun, rifle, and pistol laws are pretty loose.

  • STARGATEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEe

  • it's even harder to get a tax stamp for cannabis but it can be done

  • @GuitarGuy2010 the cannabis tax stamp came first and was the model for the gun tax stamp!they figured it would be too expensive and too hard to acquire either!

  • @GuitarGuy2010 no one in the history of the world has ever been able to get a tax stamp for cannabis in the US lol, so wat the fuck u talkin bout?

  • If you own a silencer or fully auto legally you have to hive up your 4th amendment right fuck that!!! So do with out or risk it I'm keeping my rights

(((((((((((((((((And as for OBAMA you can keep your change I'll keep my guns, money, and my freedom ))))))))))))))))

  • @ubeenhuntin Hey dumb ass I hope by know you figured out how fucking stupid you sound, I own NFA firearms, and I still have all the same right as your dumb ass. How about you show me where it says that in the Nation Firearms Act of 1934, or you can just shut your dumb ass up cause you have no idea what your talking about, go back and play some call of duty, and the real men will go out and play with the real stuff.

  • @ubeenhuntin

Youre wrong. Owning a title2 firearm does not give the ATF the right to search your house. That is just another rediculous rumor floating around the internet.

  • @ubeenhuntin The United States is not a free country..

  • Great video. Yea only illegal if you don't got your paper work and stuff done. Man I wanna own a rocket launcher now! I wonder if there let me own an RPG-7. Maybe I'll ask them.

  • This helped alot.

  • are there any large groups who are advicating to "legalize" full autos? and by legalizing i mean to lift the ban to own weapons that are full auto that are made after 1986. i know that it is legal to own auto but not that ones that where registerd after 1986. by lifting that ban auto weapons will be much cheaper to buy and will be more readly accesable to american citizens

  • forgot to mention that when you own a automatic weapon the ATF can stop by your house at anytime to check on that gun/see if you still have it. I think that its a good idea just more of a hassel then anything

  • @crazypeopleeverywear Agreed, I'm fairly sure all the countries that have anything close to the A.T.F FFL's (Many South American countries, UK, Japan, Germany, Russia, India?, China? etc etc...) It just wouldn't be smart to allow citizens to own these sort of things with no sort of supervision.

  • @HorrorHiro who are you to say who needs supervision?

  • @phishintube I didn't mean for my comment to come out that way.

  • @crazypeopleeverywear Please show me where it says that in the NFA Handbook or NFA 1934. Well hate to tell your dumb ass you wont fucking find it. It is just like owning a fucking pistol except for the tax for registration and some paper work and a long ass waiting period, but same qualifications. If your a class 3 dealer or class 2 manufacture they can stop by anytime and check your bound books and audit your for discrepancy. That said if you dont know what your talking about just STFU

  • I didn't know one could own hand grenades legally so thanks for the info! I knew silencers and fully auto weapons were legal but I've heard there is a lot of red tape and it can be expensive.

  • do you have to re-apply for each gun or is it one and done

  • @ikeehw Well-each gun comes with paperwork. I mean its not like getting a car sales license and fill up with cars. You have to SHOW where these guns came from. Pay the Stamp.However- you can Own and buy pretty much anything. People can come to YOU to transfer guns now. Its a DEALER license. No you get one FFL license. Dont need to apply for everygun .

  • @855h0le ok so i got a misdominer posesion of marijuana 3 grams or under due to this can i still get the required stamp to own a fully auto weapon if not i think its stupid i shoot competitivly at 1000 i dont see how i can own a rifle that is capable of this but not own a fully auto shouldnt the government be more woried bout me being able to shoot someone at 1000 yards vs owning a fully auto im not saying im gona snipe or shoot someone im just puting my 2 cents in can u awnser me plz

  • @ikeehw It is a one time $200 dollar taxes on each NFA item, like Machine Gun is $200 tax, and if you buy a silencer with it $200 tax aswell if its an AOW is $5 tax, and if you make a silencer SBR, SBS, its $200, no newly manufacture machine guns are allowed to be owned buy civilans if they where not register prior to may 19, 1986,

Destructive devices, I wanna say you can make one like a cobray 37mm flare launcher to shoot 12GA round is a DD, but ill get back to you

  • @0351kline only issue with that is pre-ban autos sell for stupid amounts. i know a M16 lower sells for $15,000

  • Unfortunately, I can't get the sound working on this computer of mine, but I was looking into N.F.A. firearms up here in my nice, gun-friendly state. I would love to own a full auto M.A.C. 10 and came close a year ago, but was kinda hesistant as I wasn't sure what I was getting into exactly with all the responsibilities. The Class 3 dealer assured me that I wouldn't be giving up my rights to A.T.F., but still have reservations as I don't know exactly. Can you help me out with that info?

  • @erkoekrf That Class 3 guy will be able to get you there. Also certain gun store owners and so on so forth. If your concerned about being on the ATF spotlight. Let me put it to you this way. Its like living where there are just Horses and buggies. Then YOU decide to get a car. Well, just like Full Autos. You need to Pay "Taxes" while you own it. Register it like a car so on so forth. Its just your dealing with something New & unfamiliar but becomes VERY familiar after first time.

  • @855h0le just curious where would you buy hand grenades anyway
