Heard an interview with Lennon about this song.He had most of it written,but was stuck.Who did he go to?Not George Martin.Certainly not Yoko,which is why she always viewed Paul as a threat and did everything she could to keep them apart.She accurately saw that Lennon/Ono would never be Lennon/McCartney or anything close to it,which would sink her talentless ambition.Lennon went to McCartney.Where else would he go?And it was magic again.But she wouldn't let McCartney do the song for years.
