your so talented, holding a camera and cooking at the same time lol..if i did something like my kitchen will burn down..lol! but i love tilapia thanks!
Okay, you totally make me laugh. Bravo to you though because you my friend just taught this ol' fool how to make some Tilapia. There were tons of other HOW TO videos for Tilapia and for some reason I picked yours. Let me say that I like the fact that it's totally down home, unedited, unfancy, but all the good nuts and bolts were there. You're commentary made laugh at the end. Thumbs up. You're funny, and you have nice smile and a nice way about you. Keep it up!
@Princ3s51 I used this simple recipe as an amateur cook to great success. I found myself chuckling at the sirens though. I get them here too, it was just amusing that they were included in a cooking video. I wonder how Martha Stewart's show would be received with such ambient noise. Thanks for the tutorial Drea!
@Princ3s51 she took time to make a video to help peopl cook with versatility and all you paid attention to was sirens?? wow! grow up and just be appreciative because apparently you wanted to learn the recipe since you clicked the video and watched..
@malaysiabender excuse me how do you what i did or did not pay attention to? Were you up in my house or in my head when i watched this video i think not. It was a JOKE which I think Drea would appreciate as she likes to laugh and we banter sometimes. FYI I am a fully grown woman with a mind to appreciate more than your small mind could ever achieve. Also, it's rude to jump into other people's conversations especially when they're not talking to you and don't ask for your opinion.
Drea, thanks for the the recipe. I went and bought some tipilia....and it was very good and like you said, it did not take very much time. I didn't use the Mrs. Dash because I did not have it. I used the seasonings I had and it was good. This will be weekly meal. Do you have any other meals that are quick and simple?
I have made this 3 times now and each time it comes out better. I used a very light shake of creole seasoning instead of Mrs. Dash last time because I didn't have it. Yummy that way too. Thank you for a simple and tasty recipe.
I made this for dinner last week and it was so yummy. Although my fish fell apart =( I'm now obsessed with Mrs. Dash's table blend. I put it on everything now!
good tutorial. i just did a cleanse and have been more diciplined with the way i eat. talapia is vey good i just made some the other night. i baked it though,i will try sautaying it next
Nice tutorial..I am definitely going to do this for dinner one night... Sometimes you want a home cooked meal but dont have the time..this is super easy and small amt of time needed..
you can actually pair this fish with a whole bunch of different things. you can do a salad, rice pilaf, steamed veggies, whatever you feelin like you wanna eat with it, I say go for it. Theres no right or wrong.
I love fish... i still think im a better cook than you... fellow virgo.. im still gonna post my gumbo cooking... i recorded it already.. im gonna have to come to calli to teach you 1 or 2 thigs about cooking.. lol
i love tilapia u can do so much with it. it is an excellent dish. lot of people don't know coooking w/ seasalt and olive oil give food a great taste. good vid:)

oh... so it's like that. using "BLACK" pepper. why can't you use WHITE pepper????
roninpainbringer 8 months ago
- the only problem i have when doing this .. is that the fish ...tears apart , does it depend on what kind of pan you use ?? i have a cast iron pan
Brooklynbbyful 8 months ago
@Brooklynbbyful I have a non stick skillet. I know that helps a lot with the fish not tearing apart. Or try baking it in foil. It'll be just as tasty
