I hate these annoying bugs

A weird glitch happened to me the other day, you know when garrusses loyality mission happens, yeah well the last bit before he goes to find sidions (However you spell it) and garrus beats shit out of that informant guy (Harkin) that heavy mech what attacks you don't it. It killed garrus and his body went flying outside of the map and when garusses scene was on, it was miranda, she was holding a assault rifle (it was in mid air) and her neck grew to the size of garrusses neck. The fuck???? O___o

I swear, the more I play Mass Effect 2, the more glitches pop up that never happened before. I remember recently playing Jack's loyalty mission, getting to the end where she asks to look around before leaving, saying go ahead, and then cutting straight to the shuttle and blowing the place up. First time it ever happened.

Oh man, when I first played through ME 2 I didn't have Jack's loyalty. This ended up with Miranda being killed by a swarm only in the next scene she suddenly showed up to ask Shepard if "He had any last words?" and I still got the achievement for having everyone survive the Suicide Mission.

When Miranda reappeared my jaw just dropped and my brother did a double take before saying

"Yeah, aren't you supposed to be DEAD?"

@SolidSnakeAC There's two bartenders in the Afterlife that you can interact with. One is a Turian. The other is a Batarian, but he has this nasty habit of poisoning people, so he gets killed (thanks to you) and is replaced by a Salarian.

There's a glitch/bug like this in Star War KOToR, once I landed at the enclave and everything loaded my Revan was standing outside the ship with no head, not even a neck, just a body in Battle Armor.
