if he is thinking it sounds like another song he is right because the vocals in the first riff sounds just like like "ohhh you can lead a crowd but I'm somethin you don't own" etc from the number 6 track on frogstomp "leave me out" then later the last riff before he screams sounds just like a coss between "them bones" from Alice in Chains and a pearl jam song from vitalogy that I forget the name of right now.

How many Israel's sons and Pure massacres could they write? Not many before people would just get tired of them. How many bands fall victim to sounding the same album after album? Johns always try's to take the chair to a new place with each album, and if you dont realize that with Young Modern, your not a true Silverchair fan.

Yhey need to keep what the fans like, heavy guitar riff music. All their songs are good, but I don't see people getting a pumped with streight lines as with songs like these with heavy guitar riffs, better drumming and daniel screaming more. Though these days he still use's death metal vocals in some songs. But need to do more. I am a massive chair fan, always will be, but lest hope the next album will be heavy again after yound moden.

Fat Donuts was originally a song called "I Belive". If any of you have the unofficial album "Les Enfants Terribles", its on there (still played before Pure Massacre). I have no idea why they changed the name to Fat Donuts, but I have another live track of daniel calling the song Tomorrow, "Big fat cats scrotum". Remember they were only 15/16 at the time....

Fat Donuts is actually a pretty decent song! I really wish It was on frogstomp or Freakshow.
