Video not as per the heading. Pir has termed men as wali, whereas Allah in surah sajdah32:04 says that He Himself is the Wali for mankind. This pir makes many other statements which have no proof or backing in Quran or the Sunnah. He is simply misguiding the lost and ignorant people. Peeri and mureedi and grave worshipping are evils which are not allowed in islam, they can lead one into shirk from which then there is pardom or escape. You have been warned by this.
