i had a "stress test" once for my heart and had to get a "shot" for 3 hrs my mouth tastes metalic ! i had to carry a card with me for 3 days or so stating that i had this procedure done in case i set off any security systems. never again. i don't get flu shots, my kids don't get the "immunizations" at all. i wish i knew then what i know now and they'd never have gotten immunizations at all. people have immune systems for a reason!!

My first son (now 2yo) was given all vaccines. He got sick after each batch, and also was a very unsettled baby.

Last month we had another baby boy, this time no vaccines at all (I'm a bit more educated). He's not sick, and very settled. Almost a perfect baby.

In SMH the other day an article about family runing from DOCS + Police for refusing HEP-B vaccine. It's a voluntary vaccine and there is no proof of effectiveness or solid evidence that it prevents mother to baby hep-b transmission.

I hated flu shots. When I was in the Army they forced us to take them. You were not allowed to not take it. Sure enough I got the flu every year. Since I got out I don't take flu shots and have not had the flu in years....

,they are just learning and use patients like guinea pigs,alot of the big drug companies are based in India,the people take the meds because they think they are getting something for free,plus a doctor is a highly respected person,reminds me of the shit load of tablets my gran was given,yes some are effective,but as you said some leave nasty side effects. while im at it when we were kids they filled are mouths mercury ,fillings, still do, proven scintific now what it does to sheep.

Vic, As American, I do NOT go to the DR. ever. I have no insurance, payment is REQUIRED before treatment or before leaving the Dr.'s office. If you are in an accident, they help you but then sue you for your house.

I have always said that if I had a disease I would not seek treatment at all. Many are like me. America is a country filled with self righteous consumers, fat, ill informed, uneducated religeous zealots who buy the crap Bush et. al. feed them. They deserve what they get.
