another is using your compurer,do a really good drawing of your character, scan it onto your computer, put it on paint(or any other programme)edit colours to what you want,load you printer with a4 vinyl sticker paper and print away,this gives you the option of changing up the colours and making various sized stickers,then you have the long job of cutting them out =].(Printer ink is not permanent so it is best to do this when you are garenteed good weather,therefor the ink will last longer)
