About the nations that truly did have a proper culture, well, US and UK kindly make them follow theirs. American side of the issue with Muslims is pretty simple, same as UK's. Something that Arab countries have but we don't - oil. So lets create a bad image of Muslims so that it would look OK to destroy them.

Allah is THE God in Islam. Also Jesus exists in Islam but not as a SON of God but as a prophet! As other prophets are the same.
