Don Juan DeMarco is really an example of how a romantic comedy should be and how fantastic a romantic comedy can be. This film is very romantic and intelligent. Johnny Depp, Marlon Brando, Faye Dunaway did a great job. It was also nice to see amazing Rachel Ticotin and Talisa Soto.

I highly recommend this beautiful masterpiece with the most romantic soundtrack performed by Bryan Adams

that is not true, ErinPembroke. The character Don Juan was created way before Lord Byron was even born. It was first read about in the play "El burlador de Sevilla y convidado de piedra" by Tirso de Molina. Then many authors throughout the centuries have written their versions of that same character (hence, the different names: Don Giovanni, Dom Juan, etc...). I have read the French version of it; which is written by Moliere and it's very similar to Lord Byron's. Almost all are the same.
