@im4wur2 One of our long held values is self defense. KSM has no right to a lawyer, or a trial. By all rights he should have been summarily shot. That we even gave him a chance to defend himself in a military tribunal is more a testament of our softness in the face of hate.

Furthermore, to proceed as you suggest would destroy the foundation of our society and any claim this country has to the moral high ground (which is the most effective weapon against global terrorism). - Clearly, you haven't thought through the consequnces of your position.
