Funny video! I rather enjoy the 2D cutout style of animation in 3D. Another example of this animation style would be the end credits of Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs. I hope to see more 3D stuff from you in the future.
Sorry dude. I'm hard at work on it. The second episode has been a lot more complicated than I expected. I took a one-day detour to make a 3D version of the old episode (although apparently I've angered the YouTube 3D Police in the process). I promise the next episode will be done soon.
Well, their lips and eyes don't move like real people either. That's because they're animated photographs, not video. In After Effects, the people are placed in front of a separately photographed background. I rendered two separate cameras offset from each other, which gives the people separation from the background in 3D, but since the photographs are 2D, it leaves the people flat. I thought the flat 3D effects I got with this video were perfect for the odd animation look I'm going for.

faked 3D - a very bad conversion - a typical 'cardboard' 3D video - the faces of the people are flat!

Keep doing what you're doing, kylegilman. jibjab-type animation is tailor-made for the internet, and it's pretty good in 3d as well.
