  • not before sept.2010

  • ALL his albums as well as the music of Jamiroquai, regardless of the style it was put into for each album, is truly phenomenal. Yes, the last 2 albums were a bit poppy, however, it has great tunes. I hope some record company gives him a good deal and I hope he puts ego aside and make a good album. I know die-hard fans want another EOPE or TROTSC, but if it sounds good, then hey, don't give hate a chance! We got all this love to give if we really are true Jamiroquai fans

  • Evidently, the music industry is absolutely brutal, full of all kinds of politics. His new music is probably ready to go, and he's probably anxious to put it out there, but that's not always easy to do. He's probably in negotiations with labels and weighing his options VERY carefully so that he doesn't get totally screwed over.

  • hurry up and drop your new album!!!

  • Ok... I am willing to give Jamiroquai one more month... if they dont tell us anything by then. I have completely lost hope, so they like to annoy/disappoint fans.

  • haha i remember he said something like this first in 2007. shiiit i cant wait though haha :)

  • First it was May 2009, then June 2009, then July 2009 and now August 2009 and still absolutely NOTHING! not a title, track or breadcrumb. Great going Jay Kay.... how long do u plan to keep us in suspense????????

  • the longer you wait the worse the album will be.

jamiroquai lost its unique style. the last two albums were nasty pop.

jkay is about his ego now instead of his passion for unique music and the only thing comming out of jkays mouth is his love for cars and clothes.

im fed up with jamiroquai pop i can only hope the new album will be unique acid jazz with original lyrics like the old stuff.

  • I totally agree with you...

  • he said the good news a years ago i think he's kidding with us

  • yeah still waiting for a real jamiroquai album as the last two albums were pop horid to say the least. im getting sick of jk,s focus on cars and money its wearing off.

his old albums had so much to offer with instruments and a cool acid jazz style with original lyrics.

yet these last two albums are corny pop YUK

  • I'm not going to say that the latest albums suck cus I kinda like them (yep, POP as hell) but damn, the old albums KICK ASS. and the lyrics were awesome too... I hope JK goes back to the old skool acid jazz style. hey, I like the funky/disco stuff but we need a non-corporate album. similar to NIN or Radiohead. Still Waiting but It will worth it.

  • @marioandrei I think since they don't need a record label now, the band/jay kay can do whatever the hell they want, and hopefully without guidance of a record label we can look forward to some old fashioned acid jazz maybe with a slight bit of disco

  • I strongly disagree with you man!!!his new records and songs are stil flippin!!c'mon man!!!runaway?hate a chance?seven days in sunny june?those tracks were great!!

  • i agree those songs you suggested are ok but the other songs on the last two albums are to popy they could be only good for eurovision.

i just notice with jamiroquais old stuff that much more effort and love went into his music.

i have been a strong fan but i had to stop lying to myself and pretend i like funk oddysy and dynamite.

first album realy amazes me to the mature and complex style it had with instruments, lyrics etc and the song went longer then your radio pop version of 3:30.

  • c'mon man...you can expect that guy to be as great as last time....he is 39 now!!!he has beeen in the industry for like 17 years!!!!!!!!we will wait and see whether his new record will be good.......but u still cant deny that runaway was a true phenomenal track!!!!

  • the thing is jk can be even better ive seen him in concert twice and he can do any tune with style.

runaway is a good track its a glimpse of his old style.

the reason why his old stuff is good is because he let his band members put alot of input into songs such as space cowboy remember that track with the awesome keyboard and bass?

i have his bonus tracks between his 3rd and last album and they are good

i have heard only a minute of one track on the new album comming out and it sounded ok

  • YayA.....i agree with you...the thing is...i just recently liked jamiroquai!!!!!hehehe...im not a long time fan like you......he is the dance king!!!The best thing is until now,he hasn't given up music!!!even after a whole saga of hits!!!YOU HAVE A HIS NEW TRACK!!TELL ME,how did u hear it,where???

  • i have only listen to about a minute of his new track i found it on youtube as a background track for a guy showing his bass guitar skills type this in youtube and you should find it

""New Jamiroquai Song on bass from Charley Boorma...""

pity we cant hear the whole thing i just wonder how this guy got his hands on it?

  • wow......i will check it out......i really hope that he will be back with a bang!!!!!!

  • what jamiroquai albums do you have??

  • I JUST GOT the greatest hits and dynamite!!!!

  • greatest hits should have extra tracks like radio and runaway they are good tracks.

i have dynamite with bonus tracks and the bonus cd.

do you ever listen to the old stuff?????

  • well of course i have heard his old stuff!!!!greatest hits is full of his old hits...one of his best old hits are canned heat and deeper underground, and corner of the earth is just absolutely great!!!!!!but right now i am addicted to don give hate a chance!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • i have about 5 versions of of dont give hate a chance its a good track

  • wow!!!5 VERSIONS!!!!!NOW THATS SUPER!!!!You know im listenin to dynamite...and i must say it is a dynamite!!!A HELL OF AN ALBUM!!!!! thats song tallulah sounds like it was produced by kenny g!!damn!!!even time won't wait was great!!!!!

  • You know what, the video clip version of Space Cowboy has always been a massive favourite of mine. It's way better than the album version, in my opinion. More smooth. Also, "Too Young To Die" would have to be the best ever Jamiroquai tune of all time... as well as "Where Do We Go From Here?" ...a question they're no doubt asking themselves, Right Now. :-)

  • Are you Kidding? There's too many

When You Gonna Learn? Just Another Story, Falling, Do You Know WHere Your Coming From?

  • ...still waiting.....

  • ...still waiting.....

  • so when we'll be able to put our hand on it???? I can't wait!!!

...i heard that they will be changing music style a bit or even a lot. Is that true????

  • lol:)

  • Exactly when did this happen?
