at 4:18, "Could you please repeat the question again?", my opinion is the word "again" can be deducted in her question as the word "repeat" already has the meaning of "again".
You need to make up false stories. Its important to answer any questions that are being asked whether you know it or not. In addition, you must not speak any negatives. ;)
it's obviously that she is well trained..she doesn't have a stress on RRRRRRR,unlike the local japanese people you can listen to their strong accent by pronouncing letter R..
The interviewee's pronunciation doesn't like Japanese at all, a little bit American style.
She may be Japanese as far as looking/nationality is concerned. But it's no doubt she must have received a strict accent training or might be raised in English speaking country.
Obviously IELTS is much easier than TOEFL iBT, but TOEFL iBT is applicable for all the Universities that accept foreign students, that's why is academic level, which makes it harder than ielts.

In part2 of speaking lets say im asked about "historical place u've visited in the past".
What if I've never visited any historical place? What should i tell the examiner? Or do i need to make up false stories in those situations?
