i always liked the cult. always enjoyed their popular songs. so i said "what the hell" i'll check out all their other music. OMG! this band is one of the greatest bands of all times. they got rock, they got funk,they got the blues,they got soul, man! i'm impressed!

Great musicianship on this record, but it's very embarassingly strange. It's like U2 tried to re-make Achtung Baby with Jim Morrison singing lyrics written on too much acid.

Me too zipzagger, i remember when this album came out, and it was all i listened to for the next few months. It was perfectly in tune with the world at the time. I can't believe the album didn't do well, its one of those albums that always sounds good, like DIRT by alice in chains. Ian Astbury's voice is faultless- saw them live in London just after this album came out! 1994
