You have a problem in the house. As a tech for both sides comcast and Fios.. Tho and I hate to say it the FIOS network from the side of your house, back to there equipment has like 90 percent less of a chance of having problems. I could go on and on from a technical standpoint but Ill save u that. In short the FIOS network isnt nearly as susceptible to field issues as a HFC (Coax/cabletv) infrastructure..

@brianandtisha Nope, it shows on every networked DVR also. This is what is *recorded*, because this is what's on the signal.
