@fullmoondrivein When "Dream House" originally premiered on ABC, it featured only two couples. By the time it finished its New York City run on ABC, it exapnded to three couples with the low-scoring couple eliminated after the first round. Mike Darrow hosted and Chet Gould announced and the houses were by Kingsbury Homes. Don Reid, who created "Dream House," also created "The College Bowl." The show that replaced "Dream House" has been cancelled this year: "All My Children."
Nieece. As a soon-to-be-architect, I would not call a one-story suburbanite style ranch as an ideal dream house. In speaking of dream house, is there any way I can get old school game shows like these on an mp3 player or ipod?

@PatrioticPirate Aired at the NBC studios. Some of the sound effects were also used from "Blockbusters" and "Card Sharks".

I remember this show growing up in the 80s. I used to play along... and was jealous of the couples playing that won their own home. :-)
