Unfortunately that is incorrect. Regular ARE verbs are handled the same as the regular ERE verbs. You do remove the "are" then add "er" + whatever the rest of the ending is. Sorry, but that is how it is.
@HALFxEATENxUMBRELLA Don't take my word for it, look it up in any Italian Grammar book that deals with Verbs or ask any other Italian! And have you never met an American that got something about English grammar wrong? By the way, I have had many Italians confirm this as well as have taught me in the past so one of them is wrong with their own language. No offense, it happens.
@iltavoloitaliano you take being told you are wrong very badly and i can see from your aggressive responses you are having relationship issues currently or you surfer from low worth otherwise rather than replying with random bursts of nonsense you would produce evidence to support you argument instead out of fear of failure you choose this path, pity i was a fan of your other videos but i had to point out this 1 error i was trying to be helpful ..
@HALFxEATENxUMBRELLA - I get corrected all the time, it really isn't a big deal. I was just trying to explain your correction, unless I misunderstood was not accurate. That's all. Nothing personal.
i was taught it was arò erò irò ... and so on

People are people, I know many Americans and English that don't always use proper English, it is also possible they were influenced by their dialect.
