@nasukoukamarehi Nope setsuna (刹那) isn't related to setsunai (切ない). Setsunai means grief and 刹那 means "moment". Kizuna is obviously bond, which isnt setsuna. So the title is actually Eternal Moment

@GarchompIsNotAnUber They are honorifics, basically, kind of like Ms or Mr in English. -san is used most often, to strangers or co-workers or semi-close acquaintances, etc. -kun is usually used for boys between friends. -sama is used less often, mainly when wanting to show respect to someone of a higher status.

They have different voices. If you listen really closely you can hear that Naoya's voice is a little bit higher then Kazuya's. But it's really hard to hear that they have different voices :)
