It's the second straight ppv where we've seen a dq finish in a world title match. It shows that you will not deliver winners and losers and you alienate your fan base when you do that. this felt like a raw main event they were using this ppv to build another ppv. you use tv to build the ppv's. what a piece of shit

They have no excuse, even with the suspensions they have the roster of talented guys to put on at least a DECENT show, and I still think that they could put on a really good show. But it didn't happen again, and that is very disappointing. What a missed opportunity.

No I'm not. I don't think much of Flair, or HBK, and I've never known Savage to beat anyone everytime he wrestled them. Savage could produce great matches too, no question, that is why Hart spoke up when Flair aperently bashed him and Terry Funk in his book. The first half of the PPV was much than the second. Khali/Rey/Batista melded surprisingly well, despite the fact that I wanted Khali to retain. I mean, come on, it's not like Batista is going to be squashing cantelopes and watermelons! Haha. I thought Henry did a darn good job as the heel for Taker. The only thing that hurt the match was the fact that everyone knew Taker was winning.
One more thing. Again in order for people to get over in WWE, they got to go to SmackDown! (my fav WWE show) and have Undertaker put them over. And once there over, they go to RAW basically to get squahed by Triple H. I respect Hunter for being a good wrestler but I hate him because he won't put anybody over. That's the main reason why Edge is on SD!

Ahh! Cena vs. Orton @ No Mercy in a Last Man Standing Match. Well it's nice to know they brought this match back AGAIN!!! 3 LMS in 8 months, a couple years back we had 3 LMS matchs in a total span of over 3 years. Man when you talk about burying a guy, Carlito was already buried well under 6 ft. before this match even started. I'm glad to know I'm not the only one who thinks Triple H still sucks.
Gotta disagree with you Ryan, Taker did the best he could with his opponent. Let's face it Henry isn't a good performer in the ring and because of that the match was limited from the get go. When Taker has a good opponent he can have some great mtches, plus it's his return match a little slack would be good since Mysterio and Triple H had bad return matches IMO aswell.
I can't agree with you as the Undertaker is probably one of the most over Wrestlers today. People still care about him and love him. The show Had a lot of "acceptable" wrestling. Nothing really special though but it was a Fun PPV. The Killer of the night was that Orton and Cena didn't get the grudge match EVERYBODY in the crowd was expecting, as they were going crazy with duel chants and next thing you know it's over by DQ.
The Undertaker match wasn't going to be really good because of Mark Henry everyone knew that. WWE never should have put that match at the Main Event. That should have been saved for either Cena or CM PUNK.
The Orton vs Cena match was a disappointment. If Cena wins again at No Mercy I'll be depressed, since I've been waiting for this feud for about three years and its been nothing like I expected. All I pray is that Orton takes the title at No Mercy, but we all know that isn't going to happen.
Well Carlito's 1 of the few talented new-comers in the wwF/e, as for HHH doing that well it wouldn't be the first time he's done this to talent (Booker T for example), as you said before he basicly had to go prove'm self on SD, because of HHH's backstage atittude

All the PPV nowadays are so bad, for the money you pay they are no way up too par with the classic PPVs we got in the Austin/Rock/Taker era and the WWE need to pick up their game.
Carlito is my favourite superstar by far and to see him finally get a match with some top talent at a PPV I thought would be a step up, but all it was was Triple H pushing himself again. The WWE need to start pushing the young talent they have because it is there.
I agree that Carlito should have won the man and for that matter that match like the Finley/Kane match at the last PPV should have been #1 Contenders matches.
Carlito didn't need to win the match even though I think he should have done more damage to Triple H in the match instead of HHH burying Carlito. That #1 contenders match is a pretty good idea though!

I also agree with u about Triple H. He doesn't want to put anybody over and is just in it for himself. As much as I don't want Cena to be champion any longer than the next guy, HHH getting the title back in my opinion will be even worse. And i'm sure that match will be shit again cause i thought it was at Mania 22!

HHH is the biggest star in the company bar maybe Undertaker, ofcourse they're going to build him up for the mainevent.
I don't understand your rant about the backstage segment with HHH & Batista, HHH didn't put himself over, I think they did this to try and put Batista's title win over.

there was some good things on the ppv but carlito got dun ova; the cena/orton match should have been done on raw and the lms match at the ppv instead of NM.

Ahh! Cena vs. Orton @ No Mercy in a Last Man Standing Match. Well it's nice to know they brought this match back AGAIN!!! 3 LMS in 8 months, a couple years back we had 3 LMS matchs in a total span of over 3 years. This proves the story writers have no originionality. For God Sakes "E"; Give us a different damn match!!!

i see the pattern with HHH.... i remember when jericho was the undisputed champ...HHH was out...the minute HHH showed up back wrestling....he got the title....very very lame i thought....although i would love to see another HHH/Y2J feud personally.

Gotta disagree with you Ryan, Taker did the best he could with his opponent. Let's face it Henry isn't a good performer in the ring and because of that the match was limited from the get go. When Taker has a good opponent he can have some great mtches, plus it's his return match a little slack would be good since Mysterio and Triple H had bad return matches IMO aswell.

BTW, Unforgiven was terrible, and Im a wwe fan. I dislike TNA, but last nights PPV was god awful.

I can't agree with you as the Undertaker is probably one of the most over Wrestlers today. People still care about him and love him. The show Had a lot of "acceptable" wrestling. Nothing really special though but it was a Fun PPV. The Killer of the night was that Orton and Cena didn't get the grudge match EVERYBODY in the crowd was expecting, as they were going crazy with duel chants and next thing you know it's over by DQ.

The Undertaker match wasn't going to be really good because of Mark Henry everyone knew that. WWE never should have put that match at the Main Event. That should have been saved for either Cena or CM PUNK.

The Orton vs Cena match was a disappointment. If Cena wins again at No Mercy I'll be depressed, since I've been waiting for this feud for about three years and its been nothing like I expected. All I pray is that Orton takes the title at No Mercy, but we all know that isn't going to happen.

The highlights of this PPV:
ECW match was the longest world title match on the PPV.
No silly back stage stuff, good promos only.
BUT i was susrprised that there was nothing abt Lil Bastard, this is the main story in WWE now and nothing was given to take this story further.

Well Carlito's 1 of the few talented new-comers in the wwF/e, as for HHH doing that well it wouldn't be the first time he's done this to talent (Booker T for example), as you said before he basicly had to go prove'm self on SD, because of HHH's backstage atittude

All the PPV nowadays are so bad, for the money you pay they are no way up too par with the classic PPVs we got in the Austin/Rock/Taker era and the WWE need to pick up their game.
Carlito is my favourite superstar by far and to see him finally get a match with some top talent at a PPV I thought would be a step up, but all it was was Triple H pushing himself again. The WWE need to start pushing the young talent they have because it is there.

yea i hate how cena and ortan match ended that was pretty stupid. hey i bought the don west dvd sale and i wacthed a ppv last night i think it was like Jarret vs. NAsh Agianst all odds 2005 and jarret got DQ'd but they match still countinues i think wwe should do that.
