@perrysuer Hi, We stayed at the Pan Pacific which is directly above Canada Place and the cruise ship terminal. It's an elevator ride down to the ship embarking area. It depends on your cruise line. I know Princess, Holland & Carnival use Canada Place but there is another terminal east of Canada Place. Have Fun.
@ggg11333 where in america did you come from and what date did you board the ship? i am one of the MFSO's (marine facility security officers, i just like to call my self an MFSO cus if some one asks what i do it sounds cooler then security guard lol) at canada place and the other terminal as well (ballantyne pier)

I was there in September of 2007 to board NCL Norwegian Sun for a transpacific cruise to Hawaii.

I agree, was there during the Expo 1985 or 86 can't rememaber but I love Vancouver.
We used to go to the Fliying Angel's house to make phone calls to our families.
I remember Granville, Gastown, Hastings, Richard on Richards Disco.Great place.
