@larsderkilla It's an exploit, where if you keep pressing Y to switch weapons as fast as you can, you'll appear like that. In Black Ops you couldn't do that, but in MW2 and now MW3 again, you can. Black Ops had something similar though, where you looked even more dead by holding equipment and lying prone (Tactical Insertions and Claymores), and in addition, you could have the Ghillie Suit on a non-sniper class. It made it easier to hide IMO.
