yo, ur opposite foot in ur first phase is way too far back, you'll never be able to go farther in your second phase unless you keep it lower. It also must be a kicking motion with your left leg into your second phase, it'll help keep your momentum and you'll be able to hold your phase longer without over rotating, causing your foot to drop.
