There are 2 versions of Ghost Dog OST (Wikipedia), US version includes the tune as background in the track 'Samurai Showdown', same track is on the JAP version as 'Samurai Showdown (Raise Your Sword)', however the instrumental is available only on the JAP one, named 'Opening Theme (Raise Your Sword Instrumental)'. I guess what PassThaRizla said should work as well if you just want to find an mp3 copy via google. Cheers.
