wait, if you have a beacon just somewhere near the runway, couldn't you just use the beacon to find the runway then land normally?

@supercrapnstuff11 Yes you can land with a nearby placed NDB beacon by day, but it's almost impossible at night.
The "Lorenz Blind Approach" is a precursor of the "ILS approach".

Hmm, okay here's my question, does this work with the IL 2 Campaigns from 4.07 to 4.101m? even the UP 3?

It doesn't work in generated Campaigns.
You need to place beacons yourself, so only in handmade missions.

Zoom on gauger: watch the Controls under VIEWS, "Gunsight View",
default = Delete.
Which planes can do this ? They all dont have a AN2 instrument !

You should install the patch 4.10, then the aircraft mentioned in the video
will have the AFN-2 gauger.
