As you can see at 1:55, he died by falling of his mount but that wasnt an accident, it was an assasination from a group of hired nightelves. Thats the only thing he remembered when rising as undead. From that moment he was full of hate.

Horde is better at PVP, but Horde sucks at PVE and you guys pay out of your ass at the AH. So it's a fair trade off quite frankly.
