Alot of Americans don't understand that the air they breathe is due to a service member. There rights they are so willing to trash isn't cheap. Surely their sacrifice deserves better than their current lot.

The people who deserve life and freedom the most are the ones sacrificing theirs for ours. Our military is a paradox. I don't know if there is an afterlife for us all but i can't imagine soldiers souls ending here. A friend of mine lived with a lot of pain because of war, he deserves to see his wife again. He deserves to walk without pain, he deserves to see his fallen brothers. And he deserves to get back at the worms that were here when he came back home.

On 9/11 we had no troops in Iraq or Afghanistan, yet we were attacked and over 3,000 Americans died, on American soil. This included women and children. @Jphan16 That is the reason we fight. For their right to free speech & to burn the flag, all Americans personal liberties. I always understand someone not happy about the war or the reasons why we are there. As long as they are not cruel to the soldiers, that is where I do draw the line. After almost a decade; In my opinion enough is enough and it is time to bring our boys home. I am a US Marine & it is time to come home. We are done in Iraq, Afghan serves no purpose. Drones can do the rest

Are you so naive as to believe if all our soldiers came home that evil would simply disappear. Or do you think we should let other die, as long as it's not us.
On 9/11 we had no troops in Iraq or Afghanistan, yet we were attacked and over 3,000 Americans died, on American soil. This included women and children. If we have an enemy, and we do, who wants to kill us, and they do, it is better to fight there and not here. We fight for your safety and freedom to live your life.

I am a PROUD American, and I'd rather go broke and have the comfort of knowing ALL the men and women serving our nation have the absolute BEST in equipment to preserve our freedoms, and equalities. You CANNOT defend against that mentality and come out victorious. If it comes down to it I'll personally see battle (and fuck some people up.) I personally beleive in Israel's way: as soon as you are out of high school, you must spend two years in the military, men and women. Not forced to the "front lines" but you aren't a sniffling wise-ass or crackhead or some gangbanger. You would be a responsible U.S., not a drain or drag on our country.
