@officialtheowarner It has. Whether it's other deities, or multiverses, etc as the same applies. But if you think it makes sense and someone commented "you obviously have no idea what you're talking about ID is not bound by nature. Quit your strawman arguments and listen to it again. However, Dawkins answered William Lane Craig's question about faith and evidence, maybe this will help: watch?v=EphcacBt-Mk.
Is it at all feasible to regard all the precise geometry, functioning and movement of the universe as the outcome of matter in its ignorance?
When so much planning, thought and precision are needed for man to perform such a task, are not the subtlety, exactitude and orderliness observable in the world a proof of origination deriving from the intelligence, creative planning and far-reaching wisdom of the creator?
@officialtheowarner Can you stick with the obvious evidence from Darwin HIMSELF you would do the historical thing by writing books that take logic seriously. Darn that sophisticated Richard Dawkins!
It shouldn't be a surprise that Matt just makes up stuff. Take a look at his other videos. His videos are filled with him misrepresenting other peoples positions. Misrepresenting ID while trying to say that someone else has set up a strawman is the ultimate irony.
im up, outta betta, nice and early/ gotta have my cup, gotta have my coffee/ gotta go to work gotta make a video/ schoolin this noob on dembskis magic show..
It really doesn't surprise me that an IDer would not only have problems understanding your arguments but also bungle up the points for his own side as well. I was, sadly enough, once a faither - and the info that I was fed regarding science and evolution and secular philosophy was a highly skewed, bible-filtered and deformed version of reality. Once I began to understand scientific theories and methods my faith crumbled to dust . . . moral - do not listen to religious leaders about science.
there should be video or book call how to teach Intelligent to dummies !!!

I'm still wondering why creationist aren't so worried about combating "atomic theory" or "gravitational theory"

@MinervaInTheBrain
Those theories are not origins theory so we both agreed with them.

Scalars eh? Is that some perl jargon shining through?
substack 9 months ago
@substack
Its probably more too the roots of where perl took it from, mathematics. Scalars have no direction where as vectors do have a direction.

How jealous am I that you are walking along the beach on your way to work? Very.
I'd love to hear a non asinine dialogue.
