If you do them right your neck is not suppose to be hurting, my guess is that you guys are lifting with your necks when youre suppose use your core to lift your body up. So basically you are doing 8 min necks but its your fault not the videos. lol

if you burn more calories then you eat and do this... you will have abs. Just keep track of your calories and your fine. All you need to buy is a fucking notebook to write everything down in. Seriously no fucking magic way to abs
If your neck is hurting just do this exercise with your eyes close and listen to what he says, you probably know how it goes by now. When you do it with your eyes open you have a tendency to watch the screen and you stretch out your neck to watch it

@Anitax200 Yeah your neck probably will hurt the first few times, after a while you'll adapt and end up putting less strain on your neck. In the mean time, during the toe touches and curl, use your hands to support your head like the basic crunch, but keep your feet in the air as if you were doing toe touches.

@TheHabMusic Yes it definetely can, but it will be harder to accomplish doing just this. You might want to do cardio as well as this. Running does more for the core/abs than most people think.
If you need to burn fat, and hate cardio, you can just do exercises everyday for your big muscle groups - thats what I did. I do 3 sets and try to maximize reps each time. Pushups, Chinups, Squats (I bend my knees 90 degrees with my back against the wall and try to go as long as possible). [I alternate all 3, doing 1 per day, and after that I do my abs] You don't need any equipment to get fit guys!
If your back and neck hurts. You are doing it wrong, use your abs to do the work not your neck. Most people get injuries just because of that. If you can't do sit ups or crunches, try reverse crunches instead.

@bojo124 Takes awhile, because it just takes a long time to burn off fat. But your upper abs should start to show if you have minimal fat. Try alternating the 8 minute abs with an Abs Roller/Abs Wheel. That thing is beast. If you can't do it standing up, do it on your knees, thats what I'm doing and I'm getting some results. That lower ring of fat is the hardest to get rid of.

@Heyitsmexdd If your neck or back is hurting, try closing your eyes during this exercise. When you try to look at the screen your neck stretches out during the exercise and you aren't using your abs, you are using your neck and back partially. Had this problem before too.
tl;dr: Look up in the starting position, and close your eyes
I'm 5'9.5 and weigh 64kg but have a bit of a belly and need to tone up a bit. Just did this for the first time. It's hard work but you can definitely feel it! Will be continuing with this daily, thanks for uploading!
@HellltotheYEAH honestly i wouldn't do it daily, as many users have posted, you need time to let your muscles recover. i would do these MWF or if youre a weekender, just any 3 other days. however, you should be doing cardio each day you do it PLUS the off days

I followed this program for about 3 months, starting from almost zero. I did it about 3 times per week. I got very good results, but the worst thing about this program is that I got way too much lateral abs. Watching my results, it would definetly be better to quit some lateral abs exercises and focus more on lower abs, unless you want to get huge abs lateral :))

@Heyitsmexdd - It shouldn't hurt. It's probably because you're using your neck when you pull up, try to use your abs.

@Heyitsmexdd If your neck or back is hurting, try closing your eyes during this exercise. When you try to look at the screen your neck stretches out during the exercise and you aren't using your abs, you are using your neck and back partially. Had this problem before too.
tl;dr: Look up in the starting position, and close your eyes

I'm 5'9.5 and weigh 64kg but have a bit of a belly and need to tone up a bit. Just did this for the first time. It's hard work but you can definitely feel it! Will be continuing with this daily, thanks for uploading!

@HellltotheYEAH honestly i wouldn't do it daily, as many users have posted, you need time to let your muscles recover. i would do these MWF or if youre a weekender, just any 3 other days. however, you should be doing cardio each day you do it PLUS the off days

I followed this program for about 3 months, starting from almost zero. I did it about 3 times per week. I got very good results, but the worst thing about this program is that I got way too much lateral abs. Watching my results, it would definetly be better to quit some lateral abs exercises and focus more on lower abs, unless you want to get huge abs lateral :))
