I wish there was a program that would do this, but I haven't found such a program.

I had to do this the hard way by sequencing it in FL Studio, screen capture it, edit out just the keyboard part, and put the finishing touches using Adobe Premiere!!

This process is highly labor intensive but I don't know of any alternatives.
