  • I CAN SEND YOU ALL THE COUPONS YOU NEED

  • One more question. Can you tell me what websites are legit for printing coupons? I have been googling, but all I end up with is another website offering coupons, which takes me to another website. I never actually see coupons to print out. thanks

  • @Reynolds1384 If you clink on the 1st link in the description box under the video, it gives you a lot of great info for first-time couponers. Lesson 4 goes over all of the legitimate printable coupon sources as well as other ways to get coupons. :)

  • OMG! I figured it out now. I was thinking you only had 1 $3.00 off coupon for all 5 boxes. Now I see you had $3.00 for each one, so obviously they were on sale for $1.87. So you got an extra $5.65 out of that!!! Wow. Thanks so much.

  • I am completely new to this lol. Where is the 2nd link that breaks it down? Please do not think I am just questioning you. We are a family of 4 and I am just wanting to learn how to do this. Thanks

  • @Reynolds1384 There's a description box right under the video with links in it. It also has a link to my beginner's guide to couponing if you want to check that out!

  • After doing the adding for myself. I came up with $12.30 owed.

Quaker Oats were free with coupons.

    Turkey was $2.00 after coupons.

Scrubbys were $0.34 each which is $0.68

    Bananas $1.27

    Gain fabric sheets. $1.87ea. x 5 =$9.35. You paid $6.35 after $3.00 off coupon.

    Rice. $0.50 each after coupons. = $1.00

Scott wipes were free after coupons.

    Toilet paper. $1.00 after coupon.

After you add everything up. It came our to be $12.30. Am I missing something? Thanks so much.

  • @Reynolds1384 I always link to the blog post in the description box (2nd link) which shows the break down of my shopping trip.

Walmart allows overage per their coupon policy, which means if an item cost less than the coupon value, the remaining value can discount other items in your cart. So, the Gain was $1.87 and I had a $3 off coupon. That means for every Gain I bought, I actually receieved ~$1 overage.

  • Where do you get these Walmart coupons? I know most people get it in the newspaper but we don't have it in the Big Island, HI. Can you please let me know.

  • @jojo09900888 The majority of the coupons I use are actually printable coupons. You can go to my website to find reliable printable coupon sources- link is in the description. Hope that helps!

  • cool vide so fare we have found wallmart hard to shop they run out of stuff and they seem to say out of the stuff forever but we have found some realy good deals on stuff.

  • Awesome Videos! We do the same thing in Canada, and although its much harder to do up here, we still get great deals and manage to get up some pretty cool videos about how to do it! Great work, hope to see more in the future :)

  • how do you organize all of you coupons so you know when they expire!? I want to start and I think I could save BIG but...What about using them before they expire?

  • @annamarlene38 Most coupons expire around 3 months from their release date. I have a coupon organization 101 video to show you some different methods as well as what I do with my coupons. You can also use my coupon database on my blog to see every coupon available that isn't expire yet!

  • damn people the time is now! save your money. i got a fresh bakery pie for free when i purchased 3 boxes of crackers... free.. hello

  • Do all Walmarts accept printed off coupons??

  • @angelfacemoma

They do but they have to say "Manufacturer Coupon" on it and have a remit address for the manufacturer.

If anything, just check out the Walmart website for the Coupon Policy.

  • Super awesome deal finding!!! I say its always better to keep my money where it belongs that is in my own pocket!! Keep clipping!! And happy savings :)

  • 1.37 for bananas... in australia, it cost $12 for a kg

  • love the shirt lol

  • @dark00dreams Ha! Thanks :)

  • To me 0.25 toilet paper is a great price! Marcal toilet paper or paper towels

  • Can you show how to price match at Walmart?? I am trying to learn to shop there. Thanks in advance

  • That was a great haul. I have been using coupons for a long time and I very seldom run into a cashier that has a problem with the coupons. In fact they usually ask me how they can learn to do the same thing. Anyone who does not coupon now a days is really tossing away good money.

  • @1313strife

Um, I've been a cashier before I used coupons myself and never had an issue with people using them. Also, just FYI a cashier means: an employee, as in a market or department store, who collects payments for customer purchases. Coupons are forms of payments, so I'm pretty sure that's clearly part of their job title.

Also, how is fabric softener, toilet paper, lunchmeat, bananas, rice, and oatmeal "crap I don't need"? Hm.

  • Comment removed

  • @1313strife Yeah, those pesky customers always getting in the way of your job :-P

  • Comment removed

  • @1313strife and I'm glad to hear you just pay the maximum amount on your taxes and don't bother with the deductions because they are annoying to someone

  • @1313strife You're an idiot

  • @1313strife do you think customers should not use coupons? is it wrong for consumers to try and save some money?

  • @1313strife what a retard I guess you make so dam much you dont have to use coupons or one of those lazy people that just have the goverment pay for it or wait I pay for it....dont hate just because you are to dam lazy to get off the couch and do it your self. I hate people like you. hell I dont buy anything with out a coupon now and unlike you paying full price I pay a fraction.

  • @1313strife I worked as a cashier and I know it is a little annoying, but I understand how people need coupons now. I just hate technical difficulties that need the manager.

  • @1313strife Shut up geez!! Just cause you like throwing your money away!!

  • go girl! :) im learning slowly. hope i can learn ur tricks!

  • @tripplepro

Coupons can only be used for 1 item. So, you can get the $2.00 item for $1.00 after you use one coupon.

  • Do you know if this can be done in california??

  • @evrc4

Yes, Walmart's coupon policy is nationwide.

  • how do you even get started to coupon what are some good web sites to get coupons off of? i would love to learn and eventually teach this method of savings thank you for your time

  • @chubbybuns1

Well my website would be a good place to start. ;) I also have more videos on my channel to help you learn how to coupon. Click in the description box for a link to my site.

  • @chubbybuns1 becentsable . net has really good blogs and step by steps

  • I always like to see someone stick it to Wal-mart.

  • I've called several different Walmart's across the country and none of them have "overages" when it comes to coupons. They only apply up to whatever the value of the item is. So you could get something free, but not get a "credit" toward other items. Could you take a picture of your receipt and send it to me? Cuz alot of people claim this, but I'm sure they're lying. ljklucky13@verizon.net. Thanks.

  • @lkaess13

Lying? No honey. I have a link to the corporate Walmart policy in the description box. But, if you are feeling lazy here is the "overage" part: "If coupon value exceeds the price of the item, the excess may be given to the customer as cash or applied toward the basket purchase."

I also ALWAYS post all of the coupons used in my trip on my blog, which is also linked above. I pride myself on correct coupon usage, thank you.

  • @lkaess13 I would call your local walmart again and tell them to read up on corporate policies. They do give overage on items.

  • @DEALiciousFinds No, their policy changed in March. It clearly states, " •Coupons may exceed the price of the item. Change may be given or applied toward the cost of the basket purchase." Check your facts before you call someone a liar.

  • @CouponDiva82 Love that I hit a nerve.

  • @DEALiciousFinds Thanks "honey." As you can see, I'm just now getting back to checking on this reply because I"ve been Lazy on vaca in Australia. Thx for the reply and for letting me know their coupon policy. Not that I care THAT much - got better things to do.

  • @lkaess13

Sounds like fun, hope you enjoyed it! I was just answering your question and figured you did care considering you wanted a receipt emailed to you :) Happy savings! Let me know if you have any other questions.

  • I loved this! I've seen SO MANY videos of people couponing at publix, shaws, krogers places we dont have in Austin, TX it's nice to see someone couponing at a walmart which there are TONS of here <3

  • @DarliingV

Awesome, glad you enjoyed! I'm starting to love shopping at Walmart since the new coupon policy came out that allows overage- Truly a great way to save on other items you need, produce, etc.

  • @DEALiciousFinds I had no idea about the policy.. what does "overage" mean?

  • @DarliingV

I'll be doing a video shortly to review the policy! When you have a coupon (like the $3 gain coupon I used in the video) that's higher than the amount of the item (the gain was $1.84) whatever the difference of the two is will be applied to other items in your cart (overage). So it's kind of like making your own sale!

  • @DEALiciousFinds Thats awesome! Thanks for getting back to me. I subscribed and friended <3

  • @DarliingV

    Thanks so much! :)

  • In UK if you shop with coupons you be called a Cheap Skate.

  • @shannan2000 in the US if you pay the most that you possibly can for an item you be called dummy

  • I must have missed something. You said the price of the items and them the amount of the coupon and then the amount you paid for each item. So, by my calculations you would've paid $9.90. Was there something else I missed? I watched the video several times, but still came to the same conclusion. For example you said the lunch meat was $3.00 and you had a $1.00 off coupon and paid $2.00 for it.

  • @learning2coupon82

The gain coupons I used were $3 off any Gain, so I bought Gain that were priced at $1.87. The new Walmart Coupon Policy allows you to use any difference between the coupon and the price of the item towards the rest of your cart. I had 5 of those, so that gave me around $5.50 to use towards other items!

  • You did really good. I know how to coupon, but not with items on sale. LOL

  • Isn't Wal-Marts policy doesn't it say you have to purchase something? So how can you get the Quaker for free?

  • @HELLOsamii

I'm not sure I understand your question. I used a $1 off coupon on the Quaker, which made it free. Using coupons to get items free is acceptable at any store :) You are still purchasing the item, and the $1 off coupon will be sent back to the manufacturer so the store gets reimbursed. (they actually get an additional $0.08 back per coupon too!)

  • Great video Jasmine!!

  • @frugaltv

    Thanks Nathan :)

  • I thought the Gain coupons have a "Limit 4 per shopping trip" on them? The fifth coupon didn't beep?

  • @nmichalski2000

Those coupons are limit 4 per shopping trip, which I didn't realize until I got home. It was my first time using my Gain coupons (I have quite a few more) and I've been using only 4 per shopping trip since then.

I'm used to only the P&G insert having limits like that!

  • awesome haul!!

  • You go girl! makes you feel good!

  • How did you get all those gain coupons?

  • @theresa6flores

The $3 off gain coupons were in a Sunday paper insert. Make sure to follow in link in the description to see where all of the coupons came from.

  • great haul

  • @ShaunieceCooks

    Thanks Shauniece ;)

  • so can I use any store Catalina at my local Wal-Mart or is it just the one in your area?

  • @demunda73

You can use any store catalina for a specific item at Walmart. The only exception would be catalinas (like Register Rewards) that say "$3 off your next purchase". Since that's not a specific item, they will not take them.

The Walmart coupon policy is effective nationwide :)

  • were did you find that oat meal at walmart, I looked but could not find it in the cereal lane

  • @whitecarmelswirl

Mine were on the very bottom shelf in the cereal aisle under the rest of the Quaker oatmeal. I took me a while to find them myself (especially since I didn't know what it looked like!)

Grocery stores are often times designed to put the "most expensive" items of the brand at eye-level so that you just grab them first. If you are looking for smaller size items, always double check the top shelves and bottom shelves! :)

  • Awesome haul. I love your shirt by the way. Jimmy Fallon made me laugh on that sketch.

  • @caling98

lol thanks- I recorded this late at night and didn't feel like changing my shirt for the video ;)

  • where did you get the 3.00 off gain? and my walmart told me they dont accept other stores catalina coupons. :(

  • @ChloeMyWestie

The $3 off gain coupons were in a Sunday paper insert. Make sure to follow in link in the description to see where all of the coupons came from.

Walmart has a NEW coupon policy which clearly states they take catalinas from other stores (except for catalinas like Register Rewards- it must be for a specific item) I would print off the new policy and carry it with you when you shop.
