This phone isn't that bad.. I've had it for 2 years and it literally survived ANYTHING. I dropped it in water it still works. I've dropped it 146846168456846 times, the screen didn't crack. I just don't like how it doesn't have threading messages, you have to look at it one at a time. BUT IT IS SUPERRRR FAT. It's like a brick. Oh and the charger is weird, you have to like.. press too button to plug it in. My brother, being as stupid as he was, DIDN'T PUSH THE BUTTONS. Then the charger broke. -.-

ive had this phone for 2 years. its really not THAT bad. after two years, some of the buttons on the keyboard (the last 3 columns) have been really hard to use, but thats probably because of me dropping it once a week -_- im gonna use my upgrade to get a new phone, but the matrix is pretty good. does anybody know how the pantech impact is? i think i wanna get that one

I love this phone...I've had it since 2008. Easy to text with, fits nicely in my hand, durable, has just enough weight to it. Very pleased with it. :)

And DO NOT try to slide it open both ways at the same time. That can and will break your phone.

I just got this phone a couple days ago, I've been messing with it and only found a few things I don't like.

-The battery life is way shorter than on my old Samsung

-For whatever reason, sending/recieving pictures seems to be a problem and it can't/won't do either

-As mentioned in the video, the keys on the left light up weird

Other than these three problems, I like the phone overall. Anybody have anything to say about the pic messaging though? That's pretty annoying.

Pros for Matrix: It lasts a super long time, it's awesome for texting, and it's pretty easy to figure out. It also holds alot of memory.

Cons; Yes, it's bulky as crap. You don't really have a choice where the time goes on the wallpaper, so choose pictures wisely. It vibrates soooo loud and the ringtones don't have very good quality. There is more I don't like, but all in all, it was an okay phone to put up with for 2 years.

I've only had it like 4 months and it can already open both ways. THe speaker doesnt even work, i hate it. The worst part is the vibration. It is soo loud, not good when you are in class....I also hate the size, a bigg issue when it is constantly in your back pocket. But it is good for a person like me, one who ALWAYS drops their phones...

i have this phone, it's amazing. it's the best phone i've had, and my phone is more reliable than my friends'. this phone is so durable, i've gotten it wet 2 times. and all you have to do is put in rice and it works fine. the vibrate is really loud and you can't turn it down but you can set it on silent in school. the keyboard is amazing, and so is the battery life. it lasts a long time. i've had this phone for almost 2 years, and if i could get another one of this, i would.

1. It HUGGGGE. The first comment i get from friends is "Dude, your phone's fat."

2. The vibration scares the shit out of me when it's on a surface.

3. The camera is suuuuper crappy. Not one single good picture was taken with this phone and i've had it for almost two years.

4. The speaker is also shitty. When i put my calls on speaker the person cannot hear one word i am saying. Vice versa.

I hate this phone. It's a brick. It glitches. I never ever ever ever have the ringer on cause the vibrate option is loud enough. It scares me sometimes cause its so loud. And when it is on the lowest volume the ringer when you get a text is soooooo loud and you can't change it or make it lower. Now that I've had it for almost 2 years. It's just ugly now. Only thing good about it is that it's indestructible.

ive had this fone for almost 2 years! i hate it! the vibrations r WAY too loud! theres no way to turn it down! the qwerty keyboard is too small and im always hitting the wrong buttons and im a BIG txter. when i first got this fone i loved it! but after while i got sick of it! the camera SUX! and the front buttons r too small! it glitches for my sometimes and it doesnt wana rotate. its too bulky for me, and i hate carrying it around. i would recommend it to anyone. suckish fone!

Have this phone, just broke 2days ago due to water damage. Had it for over a year & overall it was good and durable but got annoying a lot turning off on its own and freezing and getting overwhelmed easily. Dropped it probably 30 times... seriously and it never broke. Setting are confusing too. Keyboard not good for guys... Getting a new phone tomorrow.
