  • question: why not just put the shots straight into the cup? when he pours the shots into the cup after extraction some of the crema is left behind.

  • Very nice. I just bought a Gaggia for illy plus. I am new to making my own espressos. I love cappuccino, and wanted to make my own. Thanks

  • I was very much prepared to be disappointed --more so when I saw a spoon-- but that was a nicely pulled ~34 second double (a bit on the lungo side, but milk is involved) topped with legit microfoam that easily could have been free poured with a bit of reincorporating.

Also, I found Mark to be incredibly disarming and endearing.

  • Thanks man.

  • Hence why I'm teaching myself). I've more or less figured out the basic latte and macciato, but for some reason cappuccino's have been difficult for me to figure out because few videos take time to specifically describe how the distribution of foam and milk should be. I get confused on how it's supposed to be different from a latte, hence why this video helped me so much. So thank you for helping this young bakery girl learn how to properly make a cappuccino!

  • mKAY :D

  • Mark did a nice job. I think you would get more hits on the link if you had one of the girls teach it. (just saying)

  • thank you
