I think I know what happens.Ok I found this spoiler where sasuke says he hit hte clouds with dragon flames and the clouds will strike lightning on itachi and zetsu says something too then the lightning strikes itachi and he falls then he gets up and shows armor that madara wears and sasuke is saying swears about what happened then itachi explains.The next part I dont believe because Itachi says he is now using a jutsu called Susanno which I never believed and he said he didnt need hes eyes now..

Susanoo is one of the three Mangekyou jutsus. Its translated as God of Storms and will probably cause havoc, out of what you said Susanoo is the most expected

Ppl most likely thinks susanoo is the jutsu kakshi used on deidara but then If Itachi doesnt need hes eyes for it then its different and if kakashi can get deidara's arm with hes eye then Itachi can get sasuke's neck lol
