  • The yank with the brown hair never does anything but sparring matches in this show!

and why is he wearing a singlet?

  • I wish I could do what these guys get to, it's awesome

  • soft sparring, but great program

  • Thai guy is taking it so easy, and giving it everything hes got lol

  • i swear that muay thai dude is just taking the mick lol

  • even a 135 pound thai fighter would chuck that big cunt about in the clinch cant believe he had the nerve of even thinking he'd beat them at there own game the thais are hard as nails

  • That is not a simple "thai guy", he is “Steel legs” Yoddecha and he was just playing with that puppet. I suggest you go and watch some "real" Yoddecha's match.

P.S.: If they call him "Steel legs" there must be some good reason, don't you agree?

  • the thai guys fucking with the man lol.ive been in ameture thai fights in the U.S and there more brutal then his fight.if it was a real fight Mr.America here wouldve been knocked the fuck out and on his way to the hospital

  • Yodecha was just playing with this guy, all you need to do is watch any fight of this Thai to see how he was just playing along to not make the actor look like a complete fool.

  • ...yank? ... LOL fag

  • i hate human weapons, this two cocksuckers are too cocky, weak fighters and piece of shits.Fight quest is much better.

  • damn, the thai guy was just going soft on the freakin loser. i would knock his white ass already lol.

  • he wasnt even trying, silly americans didn't stand a chance.

  • Idiot

  • @CHRISTIANSOLDIER101 oh and thats why there are arts like judo where size is no obstacle because its about ur opponents movements not weight?

  • Dude took it easy on him.

  • He looked like a fucking noob

  • Stupid bald yank cunt, what is that jumping around bullshit????its Muay Thai and that is how it is done. Yank ahahahahahahaha

  • @ISTORMTROOPERI Thats Americans for ya... Loud, arrogant and fat. Always trying to shove their ethics down other people's throats yet they are the most unethical bunch of pricks.

  • the thai fighter took Jason apart

  • Muay Thai is all about power its a very brutel sport

some moves and part of this sport have been band such as the thai fighter would wrap there hands in rop and so on but this style is very useful on the street if you have to use it.

  • The thai guy is tooooooooooo soft on him

  • yup. should have let him have it...

  • @Kostas123454321 yes muay thai is insane matrial art he was soft on him otherwise he cuold hawe hurt him pretty bad

  • @Kostas123454321 any experienced fighter knows when and where to apply force. the american was outmatched and the thai knew it. the thai boxer was playing with the american. this was a friendly match, not a streetfight.

  • @Kostas123454321 if you seen him in real fights, you'd know why XD.

trust me when I say they are not pretty fights.

  • Dude, getting hit bumps and bruises makes you "feel alive?" Ha if thai champ would've really hit you, he'd make you "feel dead."

  • Dude, getting hit bumps and bruises makes you "feel alive?

    lol

  • i agree :D

  • Lol, That guy is pro MMA fighter and he got his ass kicked by lighter and smaller opponent

  • mma and mt is not the same...

  • Thank you

  • Because that other guy is a muay thai master you fuck wit

  • your an idiot, the sports are completely different. Why dont you train in one of the martial arts and than maybe you might realize that you are an idiot and are just speaking jibberish. Just because someone is a "pro" mma fighter does not mean they are going to whoop everyones ass. Some guys are not good at other disciplines...fucktard

  • No retard! PRO MMA guy here was bigger and stronger! If HE's PRO, that means he trains twice a day! AT LEAST He should be competitive with smaller and weaker guy. Little guy fucking made him and MMA look like fool!

Yeah that's 2 different styles retard, but watch some pro MMA guys (like Overeem) who still kick ass of top competition in K-1.

And stop acting like you know shit about combat sports bitch

  • u are ignorant.

  • what the fuck is this? The guy said he had fought professionally before? What the hell were those kicks? What the hell was his mate doing with the pads? Then to say " Get in there and screw his ass up". Fucking unbelievable arrogance and ignorance. these tow know abosultely nothing about Muay thai. Its a sham. Its utter bollocks. "use our size and weight" -fuck me ive seen thais toss guys around who were monsters compared to them.

  • nice

  • you guys just shit on here and just talk so much shit i think its funny its interesting show yes they sucked yes they were going easy on him WHO CARES lol we all know the thai could kill him so leave it at that

  • Comment removed

  • yoddecha was going easy on him man

more like being friendly and playing around

i seen him knock out professional muay thai fighters with a single kick.

    anyways nice tv program tho

  • The show itself is, but it is interesting.

  • ur a joke, ur mum's a joke.... on my PENIS

  • what are the americans on about lol "If i can get inside i can use my devistating wrestling and clinch" , the clinch is generaly a thais strongest point.could of flicked him like a pip in the ring if he wanted

  • there are two different types of clinch muaythai clinch and regular clinch u prolly are aware of that becuase of ur name but wrestlers are very good in a normal clinch and they have good slms from there so thats what he means

  • But you cannot slam in muaythai,

you can unbalance, turn, use shin to kick out legs ,

    but not slam/hip throw.

  • ohh then i agree with you that was a retarded comment

  • i laughed so hard when i heard that. because you know wrestling uses thia clinch sooooo much ahahah and fuck this show is to show north american that they are good at martial art which they arnt unless you are in it for honor than fame an money

  • what the hell r u talking about lan xang isnt even 3 thousand yrs old stupid. lan xang was created under the help of khme rin 1353. before 1353 lao people didnt even have a country in south east asia. thjey were still in south china call nanchao. and laos never control over cambodia or thailand when they were lan xang. just some part like north eastern thailand and northern cambodia. what history r u reading. stop smoking weed my friendand laos never had a fighting style they took it from khmer

  • I am the true champion!

  • that shit was badass

  • yoddecha is a beast, he wasn't doing anything to this guy

  • I have watched all the serious all the fights were no more than light sparring even the judo one the guy held back...they could of filmed this in th USA...would of been more fun if each expert just kicked the fuck out them

  • ya im finding this as well, its actually quite funny, same with their kyokushin episode... u watch the episode of Fight Quest where they do kyokushin, and the guys get fucked up and KOed

  • that big guy almost never fights..... he fights in the tae kwon do one.... gets knocked out for like 10 mins.....hahahaha

  • fucken hell that fight look so fake i swear

  • It was not an officially sanctioned fight. What they did here was they pitted the history channel guy against the best. It was not a fake fight, it was merely a humble exercise on the part of the pro Muay Thai fighter, and as such a showing of respect. You cannot walk away from watching this segment and believe that there was no mutual respect amongst the men, in every aspect of the show. If this were a real fight, the host would have been killed in the ring. That should be obvious.

  • so what the thai guy was just showing off

why dont they just put tony jaa if they make him rep the thai people so bad wait he dose do muay thai

  • I'm sorry I dont understand what your point is. I know who Tony Jaa is, but I don't see how that is relevant. This guy is well known in the Muay Thai community and no he is not "showing off". I disagree with that firmly. I think he is just showing the laymen how bad ass they can be. This is the and all and the be all. The only reason this portion of the segment was fitted was because it is always fun to see a man go into the ring with a lion.

  • Comment removed

  • why should the thai guy take it seriously for the american guy isnt a real fighter and it would look bad if the host of this weapon show gets ko.

  • actually they usualy end up losing to the masters :S

but its a nice show mainly ment to teach you about the history of the martial art and the hosts aren't that bad as hosts.

  • he shouldnt even be in the ring conducting this sham whilst his mate makes ridiculous comments and is even disrespectful. really I want to kick their fucking arses now.

  • tony ja dose bokartor your fuck he says it in his movies fucker

  • Too slow white boy, too slow. Thai fighter could break you in pieces if he wishes. Learn to fight like thai boxer, than enter the ring.

  • i can't believe that guy was a professional fighter. he sucks!

i'm sure i could kick his ass.. badly.

  • wow another keyboard jockey....stop talking shit over the internet because it makes you sound like you are.

  • See my initial comment...ya stupid fuck.

  • that fight didnt look like it was full contact

  • HA! Yod was just playing with him. He could have taken him out at will. I know because I've trained with them both. In Pattaya and at ATT.

  • four noble truth of buddha is something totally different dumbass

  • lololol u can se that under the shirt that he had the thing they use at training so they dont get hurt ... He knew if the Muay thai figher kick him in the stomach the fight will be over quickly so thats why had the shirt on so u cant se the thing he is wearing to protect hezzz stomachhh

  • why is the american guy wearing a shirt during the fight??

  • to hide his gut and love handles.

  • Anyway within the context of the scripted show I think they are actually pretty respectful. They are constantly saying how good the opponent is and how much respect they have for muay thai. The only fishy thing is that they don't tell you it's essentially a sparing match with Yada Cha (however you spell that) and he's been told to take it easy before hand. Its a tv show what do you expect?

  • Plus if they really hurt jason or bill, then how are they going to finish the show in time before the seasons over?

  • he should put that arrogant american on his ass, i was ticked off by his friend/coach's comment about the flying shit or whatever, they really need to learn to keep their mouth shut and respect muay thai culture, it's their country and these foreigners should be much more humble and graceful

  • Exactly

  • oh Sabdow, that is where you are wrong

I'm more than qualified to comment seeing as I have spent the last 10 yrs training/teaching Muay Thai. I'm guessing that you are a very proficient Kickboxer.... on a games console.

    Fukin muppet

  • Actually doing Muay Thai for 10 years doesn't save you from being gullible. These shows are almost completely scripted before hand. It's all planed out with only a few tiny details left up to chance. Jason Chambers wouldn't have gotten anywhere near that ring if he didn't know for a fact he was walking out of there on two legs. He didn't think he "clocked it" as you said in your first post.

  • its obvious the thai fighter could have pulverized the american guy's bones in no time. also, the american guy was really scared to kick with full power. but i will be interesting to watch a no rules match between these two. maybe in the floor the thai guy is useless.

  • 555+ if look carefuly you see that the thai dont kick with full power too and dont really uses his knee what u think would happen when a thai boxer knocks a american boxer on "TV"???

and im 100% sure that the american gonna be a only small boy againds a tank when the thai boxeruses his real skill

what you see is thjat the american only trains for max 3 mont really max

and the thai fighter since he was six

  • look at 4:14.. that elbow would have destroyed the american guy.

the thai was just playing with him

  • Virtuallnk, ur aware that UFC/MMA and Muay thai are slightly different :|I'm guessing that you think american's are the best fighters based on the UFC? LMAO We all can see how international the UFC is rite LOL

  • what even funnier is that only brock how can be killlled by a good striker or bjj fighter and bj pen how has nooo comp at all are only 2 americans who hav belts (yes i know there are other with belts but no one watches those divsion) michida/anderson/GSP all no american and also fedor would DESTORY BROCK.. brock landed a full connected punch to forget who jaw and then guy flew back and hoped back on his feet ooo that screeam power you know ahah

  • are u serious? the 2 best fighters in the world are russian and brazilian. FEDOR EMELIANENKO AND ANDERSON SILVA.

  • GSP is 3rd i love fedor and anderson and also gsp all these guys are humble fighters not all in your face all show no go fighters like there are soo many in the ufc

  • seriously dude. The people at the MMA dunbt train Muay thai professionally thats y its not used. In the UFC, there are way to many rules. Muay Thai is too ferocious. Jujitsu is the biggest threat to muay thai. Thats y stand up fighters have to be quick so the jujitsu guy cant close the gap.

  • MMA fighters do train Muay Thai.

  • Youre the fucking moron u bitch ass motherfucker. How bout you read what i said u fat asshole. I said they dont train muay thai PROFESSIONALLY. They do train just not extensively. If they did, they wudnt have to always resort to their faggoty ass ground fightn. How bout u go back to school and learn how to read sentences properly u retard. Gosh ur such a fucking poser looking to get his ass whooped.

  • Faggoty ass ground fighting?? Any ground fighter would beat a purely stand up fighter. If you don't know how to fight on the ground in MMA or a street fight you are going to lose.

  • mma has rules...and some rules are against what muaythai does. like when malaipet elbow dennis on the top of his head in muaythai thats legal but in mma malaipet got dq and he lost because of that. if no rules muaythai will win period thier alot stuff muaythai fighter cant do in the ring that u dont know of,.

  • Dude...Muay Thai has more rules than MMA, especially RIOHEROS and alike.

Just type in bjj vs kickboxer or something simular and see what you come up with. Muay Thai is awesome, but no ground work = 1 dimensional fighter.

  • muaythai dont allow ground work. but muaythai if u do alittle history lesson came from muay boran ancient way of fighting and they do have ground work they break your neck head knee legs arm hand anything they can to kill you. thats why those stuff were ban and they use gloves and ban ground work and clean it up to be what we know now as muaythai.

  • well i have never seen a muay boran beat a gracie jiu jitsu.

  • muay boran isnt use to fight anymore only for demo...tony jaa does muay boran. and muay boran use only for self defense in the street. no sports.

  • and how in the hell do u know they cant wrestle???

  • uh boxin tkd karate all these STAND UP STYLES o realy no ground work let see is there STAND UP IN BJJ ????? dont get me rong bjj is my fav along side with mt since 1 is stand up and 1 is ground what if a mt fighter go INSANE INSANE TAKE DOWN DEF how is a bjj guy gonan do then ???

  • how if your such a good striker and really good take down def ??? how you gonna be able to shoot for a take down ona guy who can shoot knee to your face faster ??????

  • First of all... UFC is just a fighting organisation so you should call that MMA..Second, what about Sambo? Karate? Look at GSP, he has a karate black belt, hes 16/2 and doesn't really train Muay Thai. Get your facts right

  • George st. Pierre does train in muay thai... get your facts right fool...

  • sambo is a combination of many different fighting styles, and GSP does cross train muay thai, as well as boxing

  • why so agresive?

  • actually alot of mma fighters spend time in thailand trainig muay thai, or at schools where authentic muay thai is taught

  • I started off with Bjj now I mostly compete in Muay Thai because I love Thailand and the stand up game. In this modern world in order to be good at mma you must know both and wrestling helps too: especially if you compete at a high level or are a lighter weight class like me.

  • Can you say pushing the thai fighter around like a rag doll.

  • So?

If the thai weren't some of the best kickboxers in the world, why would our UFC champions go all the way to thailand to learn from them?

  • WTF... The Thai guy would SMASH that american guy.

He is a champoion ship fighter who has been fighting all over the world. White boi has NO shot!

  • ;) hes just playing with him, iam not sure i saw a single low kick in the first fight. he could of destroyed his legs in a couple of seconds.

  • Stupid American. Yodd was just playing with him. He could have destroyed him.

  • i just love american drama loool

  • The Thai fighter was just playing haha

  • II love watching human weapon, ( muay thai ) TIZ THE BEST

  • dumb americans

couple of hours training, they think they've clocked it

Wish the thai fighter had gone all out, that would have been worth watching...

  • It's for entertainment value, idiot. They need to make this drama in documentaries in order to get viewers.

  • Sabdow, or is that Sad-doh!

What the hell does "It's for entertainment value, idiot. They need to make this drama in documentaries in order to get viewers" mean...?

You mean, "they're shit and without the hype they're nothing"

    Is that what you're saying?

I couldn't agree more. See? we do think alike after all....

  • Get a life buddy

You're not correct and you will never be, simply because you're far too arrogant for this discussion.

  • ahaah 100% agreed so many of these ufc fighters got to get everyone hyped or everyone woudl notice tehy jsut plain out suck

  • I'm just glad the muay thai champ carried him and didn't try knocking the human weapon guy out lol

  • shoulda put him against yodsanklai or at least let this guy go a little harder on him

  • what a weird tv show, the concept seems to be, american guy goes around the world getting his ass kicked for the amusement of locals.

  • The show is/was canceled. There is another show similar to this but better... uh..you could say its more realistic, its on Discovery, called "Fight Quest".

  • Can you see how high did he jump at 4:13? Normal people would easily get knocked out lol

  • The best Thai fighter ?

Then shouldn't he have gone up against Buakaw ?

  • Why would he? Buakaw sucks by thai standards.

  • That's funny, because, Buakaw was ranked 2nd place in the Lumpinee Championship, the first was his team mate. Here are some of the titles he holds - 2006 K-1 World MAX champion 2006 WMC Middleweight World champion 2005 S-1 Super-Welterweight World 2004 K-1 World MAX champion 2003 KOMA GP Lightweight Champion 2002 Toyota Muay Thai marathon Lumpinee Stadium Lightweight 2nd place Omnoi Stadium Lightweight Champion 2001 Muay Thai Authority of Thailand Omnoi Stadium Featherweight Champion
  • He HELD those titles, it's a big difference. As far as I know he never defended any of his stadium titles.

The thais only care about the stadium titles, Rajadamnern and Lumpinee first and fore most. Buakaw never held any of those.

Don't know the guy in the video but he's probably just some jack off just like you say.

  • Its still quite an accomplishment, and he is only one guy, and cannot be expected to defend each and every one of those titles. Besides, he fights in K-1 Max now.

The point is, he is still way more qualified to be considered a "Thai Champion" then the other dude.

  • In all seriousness, compared to Buakaw, Yadacha is a nobody an amateur at best!

  • Yeah. But that doesn't make any difference: in Thailand, Buakaw is a b-class fighter.

  • Then who is this Class-A fighter in Thailand ?

  • yodsanklai

  • buakaw is the best in the world.he is fast strong and very tecnicall

  • the muay thai fighter carried him through the rounds if you didn't notice

  • Carried who through the rounds ?

  • he was pretty easy on him

  • muay thai expert took it easy on the white guy. if mt boxer went full out he would have put other guy in hospital or killed him.

  • is it just for show?

  • it's boxing. with elbows.

But muay boran is worse: no rules, no gloves, last man standing.

after that the ring is really covered and blood.

  • hahaha u american fuks use will never win da asians in der home town go fuk your selfs

  • Um no I know american martial artist who have gone to Thailaind and other parts of Asian and knocked out people. Of course the same happens to some foreigners too. There are good fighters from all over the world. Sorry but its the truth.

  • i just watched a fat american knock out a thai in tha ring fool ...

ofcourse the thai (not asians) are the best at their sport .. have u been watching the olympics ? then u know that ur full of shit ..

  • size doesnt really matter if your using the right techniques.

  • If you really believe that you are kidding yourself. A smaller opponent can win if he has better technique, strength, speed or whatever, but size is always an advantage, that's just the laws of physics.

  • if your looking at two men without any experiance then yes, otherwise it's up in the air, keep in mind that the bigger the man the easier it can be to kick him off balance

  • Any fight is up in the air, but if two fighters have the same technique, the same conditioning, the same body type (aside from size) the bigger fighter will have the advantage of hitting harder and actually have better balance (more weight to distribute). The smaller fighter will be faster, that's it. I know this is hard for guys with small man complex to accept, I'm not very big myself, but at least I accept reality.

  • smaller combatants are more grounded they have better balance. And size doesn't mean hitting harder, thats like saying a small boxing champion can't hit as hard as a tall one, they can, I've felt it, and they can. And speed means a lot, being able to move quickly means more chance of dodging. And whats with the insult at the end there for? I don't remember insulting you, thats just petty

  • I'm not talking about tallness here, I'm talking about size, ok? There is a reason they have weight divisions in pretty much every combative sport including boxing. The reason is that size is a natural advantage. Technique is a huge part of it, but a fighter that has more mass has potential to add more pounds of pressure to a strike. As far as balance goes, a fighter with optimal physical proportions, (not too skinny or fat), will be more grounded and have more weight to distribute.

  • That's why I said "same body type" in my last post. If two guys have optimal body proportions but one is bigger, the bigger one has more weight to distribute and can use it to knock his opponent off balance as well as hit harder. I'm not trying to be insulting I'm just telling it like it is.

  • I'm not saying that size is not a factor, I'm just saying that it is not as greater advantage as everyone thinks it is, u can hit harder sure, but the smaller would be more nimble allowing him to avoid more hits, thats just natural

  • size first of all doesnt mean hvyer you can be huge and light at teh same time GSP 170 does he look 170 nooo and hvy doesnt mean you hit harder look up torque speed if power isnt a bullet less than 1 pound ????

  • @cheddarbombcom

Pe4ople do not punch as fast as bullets. The difference in speed between a heavyweight and a lightwieght is not big enough to make a difference, but being twice the size does make a difference.

Size is what makes power, speed helps.

  • Size is what now?

    You've obviously never trained....in anything.

    You make no sense.

  • @phuturephunk01

Big fighters hit harder than small fighters. It's just how it works.

    How hard is it?

  • GSP isn't 170, he just drops down to that weight. He's actually alot heavier than most of the guys at 170.

  • Size is important, just take a look of Bob Sapp. You can find his video at here. He has very little skill but he twice defeated four-time K-1 champion Ernesto Hoost by technical knockout (from wiki). But he was defeated by Cro Cop. A smaller size really need a lot of skill to win the bigger one. If Bob Sapp has half of the skill of Cro Cop, he won't lose to anyone.

  • to be honest we can debate this for ages, it really depends on the fighter in the end, not base states, more technic the better u can respond in the correct way in fights, the more brawn, the better you can last punishment, Bruce Lee himself said that he felt Martial Arts was drifting to far away from physical fitness and restingon the laurels of its technics, in the end it really depends largely on the fighters natural ability

  • size doesnt no matter only in wrestling and then it still doesnt really matter it the power isnt a bullet less than 1 pound but the power behind it will kill you bob sap vs a bullet who wins so if someone can generate soo much power and speed that he is abel to shatter bones easly how is bob sap gonna win ??

  • @cheddarbombcom mate size matters, why else are there weight divisions?

  • Hélio Gracie beat guys around 200 pounds over his weight ??? does size matter ?

  • @cheddarbombcom well the thing was at the start of ufc no one knew Jiu Jitsu like royce did. People wern't well rounded. There are probably people in the ufc like GSP that an take people twice his size but size does matter a bit

  • not talking ufc his father or is it his grandfather faught no rules matches agaisnt men 200 pounds oever his wieght and won tons of times and he is even smaller than royce size only matter if you let it ovoiusly if we do a hit point system like 100 hp 100 str 100 agi n what not then yes size would come into play but its the fight the man that counts exp Hélio Gracie

  • over 70 years the Gracie prepared for this type of fight ,they did win fights at theirs plan. Now MMA fighters are at the same game and the Gracie no longer the best.weight and size is a real matter.SAKURABA did beat all those GRACIE that are smaller than him.

  • Size does matter when the guy trains in everything. Back in the day im sure it didnt matter as much but today is a whole different ball game.

  • size only matters depending on the art, today in stuff like ufc siz matters because everyone is well rounded and so wont get as easily caught out by stuff that works against size
