  • wheres the 2 hos at

  • That sux that NJT got rid of the MNRR comet II's back in 2004 I believe.

  • I know, wish we still got a Shorliner or to around here

  • @NJTCOMET It would be nice seeing Shoreliners on the expresses to Port Jervis...

  • how do you upload two videos in one

  • Windows movie maker

  • Do any of the old MN GE Arrow III cab cars still exist? I haven't seen one of those in years.

  • No, the Comet IAs (surplus Arrow IIIs depowered for the MNCR) were retired in 2004. Low-door Comet Is were put into storage in 2005. Most have been sold to Metrolink and Utah FrontRunner sevice because neither have high-level platforms.

  • Thanks. Do they still exist or have they been scrapped?

  • Never mind. You said NEITHER have hi-level platforms.

  • Wow, that's the rare MN/MNJ cab car on the second train. There was only two of those.

  • There where 4 I think, and about 6-7 years ago, they had 1, they're all gone now, even the coaches, to bad really. It brightened up a NJT train, now it's just all silver!

  • There were two. Both cab cars 5135 and 5136. They were always used on those MN express trains.

  • Look at all the gone stuff. Kind of funny, isn't it?

  • the sliders and the MN comet-II's? Both of these engines are still running.....

  • Yeah. I miss the cars more. Those are two out of the four car types I never got to ride in.

  • Its sad that the IB's are gonna be sold to septa, and some comet I's too
