As a tenant in a small commercial property, I think the Dragons have missed a massive opportunity. What do you do with a property that has a toilet located with NO external walls and a different tenant on the floor above, so no option to ventilate to loft space? The soil stack is the only route available! Add "listed building" status into the mix and this product offers a minimally invasive option for those even with external walls. Great idea guys, don't give up!
just wondering why this would not make sense in all new construction. you need an electrician for ceiling mounted fan and duct work off that. this seems like a cheaper alternative
Personally, anyone with a stand alone WC situation as we see displayed above would know and agree, the main aim here is to do away the obnoxious odor even B4 you stepped in and esp. after another had just visited the WC room or bathroom if you like.
Yes, having it safely installed by an electrician cum plumber (these days either skill incorporate both licenses) is recommended to successfullly see it execute its performance.
I'm not interested in who or how those "Dragons" exit the thought for success but it still serve a great odor-less option for people like me to have as a viable alternative. Its a personal option if not, preferance as oppose to other homes suffering without it but contented with all the other innovations from ceiling extractors to aerosols which is not Eco considerate really.
I hope the creators do get it marketed someday soon. :) -

All the boys are wearing purple. Plus if James said no so quickly to you when he makes deals from left to right, then I would reevaluate.
