  • how do i disable command tab pls tell me if u know>>~!! pls

  • You are a life saveer!!! I just bought a mac and couldn't figure out how to do exactly what witcher does...

    I'm installing this tonight!!

  • You know, expose can also switch between only windows of the currently active application, too.

  • how do i make such a video `??

  • Exposé is far more flexible. This app is not superior, it just complicates things unnecessarily.

  • try an application called lite switch.. its great and works really good

  • Thanks for the vid. I'm a recent switcher to Mac, so I'm interested in all the cool stuff I can get for it.

  • Umm... check out command+`

It will almost always switch windows. It's right next to command+tab.

  • Yes that will switch between the windows of one app. But that's a two step process. CMD+Tab to get to the app you want and then CMB+` to get to the specific app window. With this setup you can switch between all your windows at once and go right to the one you need.

  • "Witch" feels like it's mainly for people switching to Mac from Windows. The workflow is certainly not one of a verteran Mac user - but it feels very Windows-y. I use 2 standard Mac key-commands 1) Command-Tab and 2) Option-Click... and I can find any window pretty darn quick. Minimizing Widows - although a feature in Mac oS X - is a "Windows-y" workflow.

  • Press F9 or F10 to expose. Then press TAB to cycle through all apps. with the arrows you can choose a window and click/spacebar on it to make it active. you can also use Apple+TAB in expose! then you can better switch applications. I use apple+tab to close apps. Just press apple+tab and while holding Apple, choose an application with tab and press Q. You can also press apple+~(the character right to SHIFT for non-us keyboard) to cycle through all windows of the current application

  • can you please do a tutorial on how to use automator?

  • You can use arrow keys to choose windows while in Exposé.

  • thanks very nice, can u do a tut on doing tutorials? i'd bang a few out if i knew work flow

  • Another excellent tutorial - I wish you had loads more!

I am brand spanking with regards to macs, I only got my iMac last week!

I have scaled lots of tutorial sites and yours are by far the best.

Thanks again for bettering (wtf!) my mac =)

  • Command + (and) ~ switches between windows.

  • It switches between windows in the currently selected application, but not all open windows. Close, but doesn't quite cut it.
