Yes Magda was insane, so as many others. They did it to obious, to fast.

The Americans go the hidden way, killed millions of people during idiotic wars, work on eugenics in the 3.world, robbing ppl trough financial fraud and propaganda as they did since ww I. Germany has a very fine written constitution Bundesverfassung & a politically autonomous constitutional court that can abandon (& does it frequently) government decisions

Germany (& the rest of Europe) has a parliamentary system where (unlike USA) even small parties can enter the legislative branch threshold is 4-5% of popular votes so it´s up to the nazis to grab the power

Various right wing parties entered parliaments in France, Denmark, Holland ... let´s call their miracles

Germany has NOT a fine written constitution Bundesverfassung! They still have the old Grundgesetz, born after the war, a construct of the 'war-winner'! People can not vote about business and politically rules (actually Stuttgart 21, a lot of Demos)! Since 1989 they would have the possibility to change in a normal 'Verfassung' but german people (das Volk!!) did not decide to change something, no idea, why not!
