the chuck berry stuff isnt really right... i guess its ok for u cuz ur young but when u get older u should learn the real version... u dont wanna b walkin around saying that u can play johnny b. goode and it would be like the baby version
Thanks for watching and commenting. Yes he was just exploring JBG at the time of the recording, since then he's played it with his band as an encore number quite often. Whether or not it is quite corect is debatable of course but it's great fun soing it Golden Boulder style. See the response video of a short burst two years later. Cheers.
The riff around 2:10 is pretty sweet. Really neat guitar too, I'd like to own one of these some day, or a Teisco Del Ray one with a ton of switches and 4 pickups
If its an old vintage one great, the new ones are completely different though - so don't get fooled. Just to advise, nothing else. Thanks for watching!
Actually it's OK you're only 14, so I hope you've had the chance of any real Hagstrom stuff - they're a world away (better) than the first Chinese offerings. Chris was only 10 above here, but still enjoys the old Hagstroms from time to time now he's reached the ripe old age of 13...
whats the fret count on this
