The 3-D effects in the Turner are astonishing. The overall selection of images i an asset to the music. Please identify the music source - orch, conductor, etc.
Ha! I KNEW it! I was just sitting there thinking this sounded like the recording of the Montreal Symphony that I've had for about 20 years (Charles Dutoit conducting). Always been my favorite.
@emncaity Do you happen to know that album name that this recording is on? This has been my absolute fav and I lost the mp3 I had and I've been trying to find it for years!
No prob--holler back if you need more info. First time I ever heard this was as an encore after the chorale I was with had done a performance with the St. Louis Symphony (I think we did a Missa Brevis by Mozart and also Jeptha, the oratorio, or maybe it was Brahms' Nanie, but it doesn't matter). I'd never heard it before, and they did it as an instrumental only. Absolutely knocked me flat.
This makes me think about the differences between photos and drawings in whatever medium. I think I like to let my imagination roam with the non-photo stuff. Not that photographs are not artistic. More like the way non-photo stuff almost demands that imagination fill in the gaps and make it personal for each viewer, each time it is viewed.
Here, we have many half-clothed or unclothed women making fervent appeals to disinterested men who barely pay them attention. This is known as "art," not life.
vreodată atât de liniştit, atât de necesară pentru această zi.
Mulţumesc!

I think it's called "Despondent French Girls with Missing Parts," or something like that.
Seriously, if I run across it...

Dear SC,

Hope all is well with you my friend.
