@redbasedsugar you'll need to use the host to automate. e.g in Fruity Loops, go to the browser menu (top left), click on current project, click on generators and there u will find ABL with all the knobs that u can automate (right click edit events / create automation clips).
Sounds great...I much prefer AudioRealism Bassline too Phoscyon, it sounds much more like the original TB-303 I think...Great machine the original was
