I think this cha-cha, to the Earth, Wind & Fire song "September." is the dance that sealed Donny's victory in Season 9. Yes, his freestyle was hot, his Argentine Tango was even hotter... but the voters had to remember this cha-cha as Donny'a standout dance. He (or Harold Wheeler) re-did the E,W&F tune into a cha-cha rhythm, and Donny did the rest. A winner!
