Very interesting tips. Never heard either of those ideas before, and I think we have Plantains in Australia too. ..and I enjoyed bangers and mash on my recent trip to England.. I forgot how good they are together with some gravy.

Plantain - certainly one of the most readily available and useful medicinal plants.

Those are long leaf plantain. you can use broad leaf plantain too.
