Ingredients: - boiled rice vermicelli - fried shallots with oil (hse-chet) - roasted dal (pea powder) - shredded dried shrimp - tamirind paste/juice - fish sauce - MSG - roasted chilli flakes - lime juice ? - cilantro - pea fritters, crushed (may be replace with onion fritters which are easier t make; just use self-rising flour as a mix). We don't use ratio. Just mix it and taste it ! If it's not right, try again.
